This place is dirtier than most Mickey D’s around. Once in awhile I pop in to see how badly they can mess up my order.

If you want an iced mocha or coffee go somewhere else. Seems like when I go they are always cleaning their machines at 730 am! Yeah. like who would want coffee in the morning they have also done the same in the afternoon with ice cream. Customers deserve better service. I have also witnessed them being rude to other customers. Also it’s so dirty! I will never let my son play in the children play area.

Front of house: good. Playland: good. Restroom: One of the worst McDonald’s women’s restrooms ever. 1 special needs/​1 tiny regular close to the door & front counter. Sounds like you’re in line. Overflowing, foul trash in stall. No coat hooks. You can do better, Hesperia McDonald’s.

I’ve had better. I came here for breakfast and the line was long but it moved quickly. The lady taking my order was very friendly, I think her name was Cindy. I ordered one hash brown and an egg mcmuffin. The mcmuffin was squashed and cold and the hash brown was also cold and not very crisp. The food was probably sitting there a while. I don’t eat at McDonald’s very often and I’d probably try another location before eating at this one. The workers were all friendly though, so extra star for friendliness.

So… I’m sure hesperia has a theme with Mickey D’s and it is sad. Second one I’ve been too. The first one is no differnt than this place. High school kids hanging out. No adult supervision.

Worst service ever. I live close to this one and the drive thru takes forever and the food is never hot. Employees never seem happy. The only employee I like is the older lady who often works the drive thru. I heard her say she has been there for like 20 yrs or something. The playplace is nasty and dirty. I hate that you have to plan your visit around the high school traffic as it gets overrun with teens after school who take up seats and mess around in the play area. I have almost hit them a few times as they skateboard in the drive thru lane and jump the curbs. Plus they do not serve the fried apple pies like most of the other ones do now. I hate that I have to drive across town just to get an apple pie when there is a McDonald’s less than a mile from my house.

This used to be my one stop breakfast n coffee stop daily for approx 1yr!
semi new girls in morning are rude lazy with bad attitudes I gave it a few more tries nothing changed just got worse. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere!

I will never go to this place again. I went and got a meal through the drive thru when I finished the soda and their was only ice I noticed a black this in my cup, when I opened it there was a already dead bug. I called the manager and she asked what kind of bug and that I had to take it back to them so they can see the bug and possibly give me a new drink. I don’t want a new drink I just want the manager and her staff to check the cups before they serve their drinks. Very bad is all I have to say.

Had to drive down to this one because we had horrible service at the McDonalds off Main st and I ave. This one is out of the way but worth the drive. They were polite, fast and didn’t charge for a sauce. Where as the other ones want .25 each and will be willing to refund the meal because they don’t want to be out the .25.

People be hatin’ on this McDonalds, don’t know why.
We only went through the drive thru but they were very nice and our frappes were ready by the time we got up to the window and tasted great!
The order menu and speaker box are REALLY old and dated, but they worked fine.
Can’t beat their buy one get one McCafe items from 2 – 5 pm daily, I have had more frappes since they started this then I should be, this is the best thing they have thought of since the dollar menu!

This MC Donnalds is not vary good, they do not change their cooking oil! I recommend the one in Apple valley on Bear Valley rd.
