Probably the best tasting tacos in the high desert. The restaurant is attached to the Chevron station. Don’t judge them for that. Do yourself a favor and try it. Very good, and I’m picky.

The chile verde is delicious! We tried this place because some reviews said it was like home cooking. Despite our shock that it was in a gas station store, we tried it anyways. We were very pleased with both the service and the food! Next time I will try the Milanesa.

Finally an all in one shop for my taco/​burrito hunger pains. I was traveling 30 miles in one direction of the high dirt for a breakfast burrito and 40 in the other direction for a California burrito… I can honestly say I won’t be traveling more than 5 miles any longer. Best tacos I have had by far. I highly recommend that you give Maria’s a try even if it is out of your way… You won’t be disappointed!!! Great food! Great customer service!

Let me start by saying tht this jackass tht don’t know jack bout Mexican food shouldn’t be giving reviews. This place is good and I’m saying it cause it just like the food we make at home. Feels like moms cooking. So JC G. Dont know nothing bout real Mexican food. I totally recommend this place from the meat to the horchata it’s all good and home made. If going to Vegas u need to definitely need to stop here it’s worth ur trip.

Delicious Authentic Mexican food in Hesperia. This hidden hem is located on Main Street right off the 15 freeway. If you are headed to Vegas, do yourself a favor and stop by Maria’s. The food is delicious, the service is excellent and the prices are more than reasonable. I had the steak torta, and it was perfect. I almost forgot, the Horchata is amazing too.

food. Fresh and tasty. A home cooked meal. Maria might as well be family. Great service. If you’re diving on the 15 be sure to stop for great food and great prices.

Decided to try this place out as they just opened. Let me start by saying I won’t be going back again. The carne asada was flavorless and dry, tortillas were cold and tasteless. Also ordered a Horchata to wash everything down with and I ended up throwing it away.
Save yourself the disappointment & money, you might have better luck across the street at Del Taco.
