I had a great experience with master’s water delivery service. They were able to deliver our first delivery in 2 days and was very responsive over the phone. We tried another water service but could never reach someone over the phone. We are very happy with their service and definitely recommend master’s to others.

Just got off the phone from placing my order and am excited to get my first delivery. All of their products were thoroughly explained and Jeff was able to answer all my questions. Add bonus: They DO have bottom loading coolers for an additional price to their already great rates.

I have been with Master’s coffee and water for about 2 years now and have to say that I am completely satisfied in every way. When ever I had questions or concerns, the owner of the company actually took the time to call or come and make sure everything was in working order. The office staff was very friendly. I highly recommend their services.

I was part of a committee at work, tasked with finding a new water and coffee service. The reason behind the importance was that our CEO visited, and commented on how gross our coffee tasted. (Something that did not surprise any of us.) Master’s was highly recommended by one of our vendors we work with. We decided to give them a try. This was over six months ago, and we could not be more pleased with our decision to move our business to them.
First off, the level of customer service we receive is out of this world! When you call them, you get to talk to a person (not a machine). AND HER NAME IS TERESA! Teresa is very helpful, and super courteous. When Teresa was not available, I’ve had the opportunity to talk to the actual owner, Jerry. He is very helpful, and friendly. It’s really nice to do business with a water service that has a personal touch. With the other service we had, any time we needed anything, we had to stay on hold forever.
Now, let’s talk about quality. The water is refreshing, but most importantly, the coffee is delicious! They offer various brands to select from, and we went with Peet’s, but there are others to choose from. We did not have that flexibility with our old coffee and water service. We actually had to increase the size of our order because more people in the office are drinking the coffee now, including our clients. Our office is in Murrieta, but I think that they service most of Southern California.

First heard of Master’s from my work. When I decided to get home service, I knew exactly who to go to. Love their water! So tasty! Home service is so convenient and so much easier than buying a million water bottles a week! Plus their water tastes so much better than using my Brita. Thanks so much guys!

We’re a relatively new customer, but it was like a breath of fresh air dealing with Jerry at Master’s Coffee, as well as our installation professional. I like to give credit where it’s due. They were very fair, efficient and professional in everything they’ve done. We had dealt with a large and impersonal service before this, and they just didn’t seem to care. I also spoke with several other companies that took a long time to respond, and didn’t offer nearly the type of stellar service that Master’s does.

We’ve been using Master’s Services for at least a couple years now. They always come on a regular basis to pick up our empties and to drop off our new bottles. Their costs are comparable to their competitors but their customer service is what sold us on them. If you are not their customer yet, pick up the phone and join their faithful customer base– you won’t be disappointed.

Customer Service is #1. Theresa and Kevin are great. They are a pleasure to do business with. Great variety on coffee and water. I usually purchase the K Cups and the Perfect 10 alkalized water. Both are delicious. Keep up the good work!

We have both bottled service at our office as well as work with Master’s professionally and we are pleased on both ends. Their professional and kind team of employees are always very easy to do business with and knowing we are supporting local businesses make choosing Master’s over the commercial water companies a very simple choice.

Service was good for a while, but their customer service really sucked. Water cooler went bad so I called and wanted a new one. I was given an ETA of two weeks at my next delivery… I told the worthless rep that I wanted one sooner if not ASAP and she said one week she’ll get a tech to MAYBE drop one off… a fkng week to get a new one so I could enjoy their water I buy? Weakass customer service… again
I cancelled service based on just this and then their cooler sat on my porch for two weeks. I was going to throw it away and coincidentally it was picked up after a reminder phone call asking WTF on the broken cooler pick up.
To be honest their water was terrible, my refrigerator filtered water was better but I liked the convenience of the hot/​cold cooler. I unfortunately was forced into having this company since my normal water company stopped delivering and sold me off to Master’s.
GOOD RIDDANCE
Beware it is a mom and pop operation (atleast it seemed that way) and their customer service sucks
