Starbucks

We only come here because it’s close. But they are always so slow even on days that aren’t busy. Drinks are never made as good as other Starbucks. Needs better management to help employees develop. Hire a manager that cares. We’ve been in line for 20 minutes and going inside is no better. It takes 20 – 30 minutes inside.

My favorite Starbucks people are so friendly always get my order correct the muffins are always fresh can’t go wrong with this place

This Starbucks is just around the corner from my office. It’s an issue though when I go in and get my simple iced coffee after 5 people in line behind me get their drinks. Today I didn’t even get the food I ordered. They need more than one person doing absolutely everything. And drive through is a joke in the morning. The parking lot is not conducive to so many people.

I’ve never had a problem at Starbucks before, and I never am one to complain. Don’t get me wrong the lady was very nice. But as a barista I would never do what was just done to me. I ordered a grande and ¼ or the drink was missing along with the whipped cream. This drink is almost $ 4 and to not get what I ordered sucks. I’d feel bad if I ever did that to someone. Next time I’m going to have to check my drink before I leave.

I just moved up here to the high desert at the end of June. Since this is the closest Starbucks to me, I thought this would be my new store. I have been here a few times, and was not that pleased with the service but today took the cake. After waiting in the drive thru over 15 minutes to even order, they didn’t have the pastry that I wanted THEN I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for some unknown reason to get to the window to get my drink. It was ridiculous. I’m just going to go the extra miles down the road to the other Starbucks from now on.

I always Stop by before work and they do great. today when I stopped by Jeff had helped me out and he provided EXCELLENT service. Good costumer service is hard to find now days and I’m glad to see it still exists! Thanks jeff!

This is the best Starbucks! They always make my drink perfect. They are always friendly and warm. I have been given my drink for free multiple times for having a long wait in the drive thru. I will drive across town to come here verses going somewhere else.

Have come to this Starbucks 3x now. Employees were rude to my teenage daughter ordering everytime. These are some unhappy employees.

As usual all the Starbucks look the same. I got a medium coffee room for cream. pike roast, very clear order nothing special is fresh and it tastes great.

The employees are very friendly but ive never come here and them NOT get something wrong. Always double check your order before leaving, ⁹⁄₁₀ times something is wrong. Parking lot is always overly crowded (not that they can change that but just a forewarning).

I love this Starbucks. The baristas alway make the coffee perfect. I noticed when I go to other starbucks in the high desert the drinks are inconsistent. The employees are also always friendly. I have waited a long time in the drive thru a few times and they have comped my drink. When I go to a Starbucks in the high desert I will go to this one even if it’s not on my way.

Today. 2 stars. I usually get what I order. But not today… When you’re given the incorrect order. It totally defeats the whole purpose of going thru the drive thru. Now I gotta park in this CRAZY parking lot and walk in for correction… ughh.
QUESTION.. Do they not give it you for free if they make it wrong anymore? IM LACTOSE. so I ASKED FOR SOY NO FOAM. HMMMM. I GOT REGULAR MILK WITH A HALF A CUP FULL OF FOAM…

When I first walked in I wasn’t greeted like at any other Starbucks I’ve visited… Three employees see me walk up the counter totally ignore me it took 5 mins to get someone to take my order… #getittogether

This Starbucks is one of many in the High Desert, but in my opinion, it’s one of the best. Service is always fast and the baristas (who, let’s be honest, probably hate their jobs because food and retail both blow) are always smiling when I come in. They also have a knack for heating their pastries there; I have yet to receive an overheated, soggy, cold-​in-​the-​middle, or otherwise unappealing treat from them. Plus, if you ask really nicely, I’ve found this location to be very open to offering samples of drinks you may not be sure about.

Ok so they weren’t as rude this time but still got my drink wrong maybe o shoukd stop coming h r e so I can stop complaining. I guess Starbucks on Main st. And the 15 fwy it is.

I always stop here on my way to work and even though the mornings are busy they are always quick. They never rush you to order or at the window so you feel valued. I use my gold card to earn stars and they are great about reloading at the window.

The staff is efficient really really friendly and my coffee is always perfect. My favorite is caramel macchiato. They are the best

I’m a former coffee addict who’s still obsessed with this brand, my faves would be iced Gingerbread white mocha, upside down iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel drizzle and heavy cream, java chip frap with raspberry, cotton candy frap, iced chai white mocha, mocha cookie crumble with white mocha instead and 1 shot of espresso, I can go on and on I love this place way too freaking much.

The Starbucks on the corner of Hesperia Road and Bear Valley Road has a great staff.
The only real problem at this location is parking: there is never enough available spaces, and people drive particularly crappy here. Backing up and squeezing-​in and blocking each other and not looking where they are going: it’s inevitably a super-​frustrating mess. The drive-​thru can also be a totally crowded affair. You can’t view the drive-​thru line from the entrances, so when you pull in: SURPRISE!, you’re car number 8 in line! Congratulations, you have a 15 minute wait and car number 9 is now behind you: you’re trapped, have fun!
If you can find a parking space, just park and go inside to order. The baristas here are all super-​friendly and competent.
