We went for Valentine’s Day. My husband and I eat sushi all over this desert. We ordered appetizers that didn’t come until we were almost through with dinner. They never brought any edamame to snack on while waiting for food like the other location does. We had to repeatedly ask to have Wasabi and ginger brought to the table before it finally came before we could eat. The first role I ate tasted good until I found something that looked like a tempura fried black catapillar. When they finally brought the appetizers they tasted and looked like canned cat food. Normally I can eat 2 rolls and a few bites of appetizers. I was barely able to stomache ¾ of one role and a bite of appetizer that I spit out. I’m done with Yoshi sushi! We used to regularly eat at the location on Park but stopped eating there because it is dirty and they never seem to get the orders correct.

Haven’t even walked in to this place to eat and I already have a bad taste in my mouth! I called to ask if they offer all you can eat and if they do reservations… And instead of answering my question she talked to another person while I was in the middle of my question! To top it off she continued to talked to someone for another minute or so then come back on the line and doesn’t say sorry just ok what was that again? What the hell?! Super rude! Zero phone etiquette. If you’re busy put me on hold! Be more professional! No thank you yoshi sushi!

It was my first time here. I came by myself and I sat at the bar area. I came on a Thursday during happy hour and it got packed quick. Somehow they managed to flip the tables pretty fast and were able to seat the customers promptly. Although the options on the happy hour menu was bigger than the ayce menu, I decided to go with the ayce because it’s a set price and I could order as much as I want since I was pretty hungry. The sushi chef(I believe it was Jesus) was very organized and professional. He was calm and collected the whole time I was there. My orders came out quick. The second round took forever but it was because so many people had came in at once. The servers were nice and polite however they seemed very flustered. I also waited a long time for a refill and to pay for my meal(I could’ve walked out easily because no one was at the stand for at least 3 mins). The quality of the sushi was good, I would definitely come back. My favorite roll was the yoshi dragon. Their mussels was very delicious, it’s hard to come by a place with good mussels. That’s not it yall, they have UNI!!! It’s limit 1 per person though. Surprisingly parking was easy to find but the plaza is pretty small. Overall, my experience was good and I would recommend this place.

I’ve been to this place twice and I have to say they have some really great sushi. There are a few points they can improve on, which is the only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars, but the basics they excel in. First off, the sushi is always delicious, consistently fresh, every roll exactly as pictured and with all the ingredients in it. Secondly, the customer service is really on point when you consider how packed they get for happy hour. I’ve noticed they have new people in rotation a lot, but the core staff remembers their regulars and takes care of them. The few points they can work on: –Its a divey type of place, so don’t expect ambiance, but just take care to be a little cleaner when it comes to the glasses. This is the second time I’ve visited and the glasses or silverware wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Of course, the staff was very apologetic and had no problem replacing. –More room!!! This place gets packed and they need more space, but hey, its worth the wait. –Please offer wasabi and ginger automatically. That is the only thing I don’t understand, Soy sauce is on the table, wasabi and ginger are a staple. It would make the difference if it was offered and the patrons not have to ask. Other than that, please check them out. They have great food and they have Soju. Those that know, know that’s a great compliment with your sushi. Its pre-mixed, but it’s good.

The tempura wasn’t what I expected. But overall the service was fast and the people that work there are friendly. I’m a critic when it comes to sushi and it was good for the price.

Don’t be tricked, This Yoshi is nothing like the lighthouse yoshi on kentwood in victorville. This place is not good at all, they use the name and same menu to bring in customers but save your money and go elsewhere. Not worth it at all.

My in laws & I frequent this restaurant often. We usually have a great time w/even better food. Last nights visit was just different. We weren’t sure if the staffing was all changed up or something was up, but we definitely received some ruse service throughout our visit. I 1st called @ 4:56 to make a reservation at 6:30 for 9. The girl who answered said they don’t make reservations during happy hour. So I asked wen happy hr ended & the girl said 9. So when we got there to put our name in and wait, we see the sign out front says 2 different times that happy hr begins and ends. I was within minutes of the 1st time, but the girl couldn’t inform me of that. We then we treated rudely when asking for the paper back to get more w/the all you can eat. It’s sad a good place to eat has to start hiring rude employees.

Chefs non-social. Not so much as a smile back. Food was so so, for the price especially.

Went here because many people said it was suppose to be good. But it wasn’t what I thought it would be. The rolls were decent I was charged for every little thing place is ok.

Came here with my friends not too long ago and we were probably the loudest table there LOL. The waitresses were attentive, and probably a little annoyed! But the food was pretty decent! the spicy rainbow roll? Get it! Their ocean lovers roll? GETIT! I wasn’t a fan of how crowded it felt and for that I like their location off of Kentwood better. But all in all decent experience!

I had gone here with a few friends on Friday and we were going to go at happy hour but that was at 9 which I think is pretty late for a happy hour. I can’t say anything bad about the food. It was all very good and I always judge a sushi restaurant based on how much the rolls fall apart since that signifies to me that they don’t care about making the food. The rolls held up and were really good. The 911 is my favorite and I LOVE how they have a Hesperia roll. The down falls are how strict this place is. 2 rounds for 24 bucks and if you add a soda it’s about 30.wow. Most places have 3 rounds for the same price. We basically had to order the whole menu on the 2nd round to make sure we had enough which was major clutter on our table. And they also don’t offer edamame as an appetizer. that costs extra. All we got was 1 single dish that had wasabi and some ginger in it. My friends and I didn’t mind sharing 1 bowl but some people have germ issues and want their own bowl. The place was good overall, but I wouldn’t mind going somewhere that offers happy hour price at a «happy hour» time and getting an appetizer with the price I’m paying.

Ok so I hardly write reviews but I had to stop and mention this place Holy cow man. Hands down no joke this is by far one of the best sushi places I have ever dined at. The fish was beyond fresh and the roll was huge at that. I will be a customer for life Everytime I make a stop out here you can bet I’ll be stepping n and grubbing

After a crushing and depressing day, I decided to drown my sorrows in sushi at this location — someplace I’d never been before, which, admittedly, was a bit of a risk. I’m so glad I did. My group arrived just in time for happy hour, which meant select sushi rolls were heavily discounted. Recognizing a great deal and figuring I could keep some cold, cooked rolls for the next day’s lunch, I ordered A LOT… specifically, a salmon crunch roll, two popcorn langoustine rolls, a dynamite roll, a serving of vegetable tempura, an order of gyoza, and a large carafe of pineapple sake. My group shared everything(except for the sake, which I mostly kept to myself… hey, I told you it was a bad day). It turned my day right around! I’m not normally a huge fan of salmon, but that crunch roll was heavenly. I fought my mom for the last piece, which was silly of me, because that meant less room for those succulent pieces of langoustine(not too heavily fried; they’ve got a perfect, buttery crunch to them — delightfully western in this eastern fusion paradise). My grandmother liked the dynamite roll best, threatening us with death glares any time we dared approach those spicy scallops — but hey, scallops are rarely cooked so perfectly, so really, who can blame her? Their pineapple sake was nice, too; it’s subtly fruity, with a stronger taste when paired with warm sushi rolls, and much gentler than their house sake which basically kicked me in the throat. I know I have a habit of reviewing Asian restaurants favorably, but that’s because the high desert has an abundance of good ones. And as far as sushi goes, this place is probably the best in this dust bin I call home(sorry, Red Mango!!)

Gotta check out their sushi happy hour! Really good deal for pretty good food. If you’re like me and you don’t like sushi they have really good non seafood options, such as their udon with tempura veggies. The service is great and everyone is very friendly. Worth a visit!

I do not eat sushi at all. I do not eat seafood at all and I enjoyed my experience here so much. I loved how friendly the employees all were and they even helped my five year old figure out the chopsticks. They added a rubber band to the top with a piece of folded paper. He was so excited to eat like his daddy. I used a fork because I am not that daring and bold. I had the teriyaki chicken and it was very tender and juicy. I loved the teriyaki sauce and how good the chicken was. The presentation here is very nice. I also had a salad with the house dressing. It was to die for. I loved the entire meal I didn’t leave hungry. I assumed that I would be starving when I left but I was pleasantly surprised. The other person I was with had sushi and he loved it. I didn’t even want to try it and either did my son.
