Employees were friendly, but the
place was dead. A tv with Fox news was the only noise in the place. I ordered a Calzone which was delivered cold inside. The cook was pleasant and reheated my dish. It was acceptably warm but still not hot. It was a little bland but i finished it. I think i got a cursory «sorry bout that» from the counter girl but never an apology. Not a pleasant experience.

They’re a little pricey but you know what you get what you pay for the food the pizza is the bomb and the staff is so friendly Alex sat down on her break and talk to me why I was waiting for my pizza she was so sweet she had me try the breadsticks she was eating at the moment which I thought was cool because next time I will order that that was so nice of her and Nancy’s a sweetheart too it’s nice to have nice employees that are nice to the customers that’s why I will come back more thanks Pizza Factory finally a good pizza place in the high desert

Called this places on a Friday night at 7:15pm. Got put on hold for 10 min then when the girl picked up to take my order she put me on hold half way through my order. Once she was finally ready to take my order (small double pepperoni) she informed me my small pizza would cost $ 17 dollars (that’s without tipping the driver) and that it would be over an hour for the deliver because they only had one driver. Don’t see how a pizza place has one deliver driver on a Friday night and how a small pizza can cost $ 17 dollars. Guess I will be finding another pizza place tonight.

We went in for a pizza. It sounded a little expensive at the time but we found a special. 2 large 2 topping pizzas for $ 22.00. After sharing a pizza I can understand why they are expensive. This has got to be the best pizza I have ever had in the High Desert. The mushrooms were fresh and there was enough pepperoni to get some with every bite. We will be back for the 2 for $ 22.00. It will be great for freezing if we don’t eat it all the first night.

Great pizza :) I had a small pizza and drink -/​was great, one of the better pizzas I’ve had in a long time. Shout out to Tom :) he’s a sweetheart, and your best prep cook. I am a picky pizza eater, and truly — this is one of the best. Grab a pizza, glass of wine and watch a game on one of their many TV’s :)

Pizza Factory has done a stellar job of making me a believer again. The quality of the ingredients is top notch and the pizza overall is a crowd pleaser. I love the crust and the freshness of the toppings (I love the Canadian bacon – super large slices) The parmesan garlic twists dipped in ranch are amazing (sometimes I just order those and call it a day). I like the coupons that they email. I also like that they are able to run your card at the door for payment now. How simple is that? If you want delicious fresh pizza at a great price and friendly customer service, then look no further than the Pizza Factory.

Great place. Wish the ones down the hill were as good. Can only get it up the hill now.
I always get the bulldog special, without mushrooms, but they usually forget and put mushrooms. Oh well. It’s still delicious after I pick them off. Haha. Antepasto salad is a must as well.
Great clean place. It cost $ 0.25 extra for ranch and peppers, but that’s okay.

Let me start off by saying I love this place! I moved from New Jersey to California and of course nothing beats east coast pizza. None of the pizza places in this state had convinced me (little Cesar’s, Pizza Hut, dominos) even the little mom and pop pizza places weren’t able to convince me. Then I found this place and decided to give it a try and let me tell you this has got to be by far the best pizza place in the entire state of California no competition at all. Pizza is always fresh and tastes so darn good! If you live nearby this place definitely give it a try!

Always a favorite when it comes to Pizza, pasta and wings! Today I tried a beer from Texas … Can’t remember the name of it but it was on draft and it was really good! I also like coming here because the workers are always courteous!

I want to give more stars because overall the customer service and food was good, but the pizzas are overpriced. A medium was $ 22, but online it showed around the $ 15 range. We would’ve ordered online but I guess there’s some troubles with this option. The pizza itself was ok, but I wished there was more sauce and it wasn’t worth the $ 22. We also ordered the Greek salad which I really liked, the veggies were fresh. Not from around here, but the food was decent.

My son loves pizza and for his birthday we always have to do a family pizza night. We came to eat inside with seven people. We ordered two large pizzas, seven drinks, two antipasto salads and spent around fifty dollars. That is a good deal if you ask me.
Feeding a large number of people is always expensive and normally will be at least a hundred dollars. We had pizza left over and they gave us boxes to pack it to go.
The salad was large and fed four adults with a ton of leftovers. When I looked at other tables everyone had leftovers to take home. Nobody leaves food behind.
The arcade games are tons of fun and the kids never complain about lost quarters. The ball game let’s kids play until they win. The restaurant is full of kids running around with their prize balls!

I’ve been a fan of Pizza Factory since the early 80’s when the Phelan Pizza Factory opened.
The Hesperia Pizza Factory carries on the tradition of having a great family atmosphere and serving great food. The pizza is always great but if you’re looking for something different, try the calzones. The wings aren’t bad either.
Also, there are plenty of TV’s that always have sports on; with the exception of the one TV devoted to cartoons for the kids.
AND THE BEERS ALWAYS SERVED IN AN ICE COLD MUG!
