They have the best crumb and glazed twist donuts here. The plain devils food is awesome also. I recommend everyone try this donut shop over their usual spot. Just get there early, they run out. For good reason.

I love these doughnuts! They are the best hands down in the High Desert. I just wish they were open 24⁄7 :-)

This shop is tucked away in the vallarta shopping center. The donuts are fresh and the owners are always very kind and welcoming, that in itself is worth a return visit in my book.

Everytime I’m in Hesperia or Victorville in general, I always stop by this donut shop. Why?! I use to live here way back, back, back, baaaaack in the DAYS! Let’s just say elementary kid shoving my face with a chocolate donut and milk each morning before school. Welp, the same family still owns the donut shop and the service is still no less than exceptional. This place is in no way a modern donut shop like Krispy kremes, dunking donuts but it is in every way a traditional, family, authentic type of shop with that hometown cozy feel. The family here are very friendly and care about their customers. They have regulars that comes everyday and dine in there cozy seating area.. Everyone knows each other when you come here. It’s a place that brings people together over a delicious hot cup of fresh coffee and yummy fresh donuts every morning. They have thee best croissants and Iced coffee in the area! Although the place is cash only it is well worth it. If you’re a local or in the area, stop on by and see for yourself why this place is so loved(^_^)

The family that runs the place are very nice and they have the best donuts in town. The maples bars are always drenched in maple, unlike all the other hesperia donut places that should be ashamed of calling them maple when there’s not but 2 drips of maple on the donuts. Anyways, they always more than satisfy my donut craving.

I have never been disappointed by Sunrise Donuts – fresh and delicious. Like most donut shops its cash only, and the operating hours are a morning to early afternoon(which I have no complaints). They have fresh coffee, cappuccino’s from a machine, and bottled drinks. Location is great, cozy and lounge-able.

I heard they close at 1pm, so we hauled down there on the last day off before starting work and they were pretty sold out, there wasn’t enough left for a dozen and buying the few singles left would hav been more than a dozen so I will have to get an early start some other day. She has a bakers dozen days old left that I got for $ 3 and they were great, even a day old and even being just plain and chocolate with different frostings, even being cake donuts which alsways taste dryer and get stale quick. I was very pleasantly suprised, usually a dozen is $ 7 so this was a steal, cheaper and tastier than any grocery store and the owner is sweet and patient!

The croissants here are amazing. Best I have found in the high desert. Cash only, but makes up for it with very affordable pricing.

I love the donuts here, especially the glazed ones.(The glaze is so light and airy. I love how it crackles when I take a bite.) It’s a small and cozy shop, popular with the locals, especially with the older folks. There are times when I’ve come in to find every table occupied by them, which definitely indicates it’s their occasional hang out(I don’t see them every time). Julie covered the big points in her review pretty well. Just reiterate: 1. CASHONLY. This is posted on the window outside as well as taped to their cash register so this shouldn’t be an unexpected surprise at the counter. 2. Limited hours. Their business card(available on the counter) says they’re open 7 days a week, but there are no posted signs indicating their business hours. Julie noted that they close at noon each day, which sounds about right.(I’ve stopped by at 1 p.m. to find them closed.) 3. Fresh and delicious donuts! Coming here is such a treat. I love that I can get a donut and coffee for $ 1.75.

If you like GOOD quality donuts, this is your place! These donuts are so good, so fresh; just simply delicious. They offer all kinds, even the hard to find orange frosted cake variety which I’m so fond of as well. This small shop is located in the Vons shopping center, on the northwest corner of Main and I Avenue. I have no phone number listed, because I can’t find one! They are NOT listed anywhere. They don’t even have their business hours posted. Leads me to believe they don’t want to advertise, but I felt like it was my civic duty to spread the word about their fantastic donuts. I have yet to find any in the high desert that come close to these. Now, the drawbacks. According to the clerk, they are ONLY open until 12:00 noon. It is CASH only, so be sure to take a 10 spot with you when you go. The clerk seems a bit on the impatient side when you’re deciding on what you want — even though there’s nobody behind you. Also, when you walk in, be prepared for necks to turn and be stared at by a multitude of old retired folks — this is apparently«their» donut shop and«their» private hangout. The vibe is they don’t take kindly to strangers, even if you offer a friendly«good morning». In fact, on my last visit, a rather rude man said«don’t come back» as my back was turned. At any rate, I WILL be back because I love good donuts. I certainly won’t let an old coward stop me from returning.
