Express

I love Express. But I am not a fan of this store. The store in my opinion is very unorganized and has no structure. The clothing is always out of order and not where it’s suppose to be and the staff can’t be found at times. In addition, most of the staff doesn’t speak English. I do and don’t have a problem with this. I am Cuban-​America, I believe a major chain should have English speaking employee’s to help there customers who don’t speak Spanish. After all English is our language. However, especially in South Florida, Spanish is the second language and it’s a plus to have someone bilingual.
My issue is if I ask you a question in English and you turn around and make a rude remark to another employee in Spanish about me not speak to you in Spanish, then tell me you don’t speak English and you (the employee) didn’t know I spoke Spanish and are completely caught off guard by then me speaking to you in perfect Spanish and not have the decency to at least say you’re sorry… That is unacceptable.
I stay away from this store. You’ll catch me in the one in Sawgrass or Pembroke Pines before you catch me dead in Hialeah.
