Kmart

Very disappointed. I went today just to check it out since it’s been forever since I last went.
Joe boxer panties caught my eyes. I found a cute yellow one and it didn’t have a price tag. No big deal I thought there’s a tag that says it’s brand name.
It wasn’t good enough to the new cashier, she called another woman over which said no can do. On top of that the price there was a lie.
One side said 5 for $ 25. The one I first saw said 5 for $ 15. Each was $ 5.99 no matter what the signs say.
Not one of them spoke English or tried helping. I don’t see the point of returning to this dump.

Worst customer service ever, I’ve been to many other stores but this one changed my view on kmart. I will never return to another kmart in my life. Hiring people that don’t know how to count money or work the register like honestly I’m speechless, and it’s always so hot in there, also lines take forever.

Am I still in America or Cuba? How does 90% of the employees not speak English? Extremely frustrating trying to speak to employees!!! I cannot understand how speaking and writing English is not a requirement for a service related job in America!!! Avoid at all cost.

This was my first time in K-​Mart in YEARS and I live five minutes away. As with my other reviews, the names will not be provided. This review is in reference to the young man who was working the Electronics Department at 1:14 pm, on Sunday June 3^rd, 2012.
K-​Mart was having a great sale on a set of surround speakers. Exactly what I was looking for, for $ 69.99. There was someone who was covering the register there at that moment. She VERY nicely and professionally told me that wasn’t her department but, she will get the young man for me. She returned with a great smile and I was told to wait, he will be right there. He showed-​up almost ten minutes later. This made it a total of about twenty minutes.
Once he arrived I asked him where were the speakers located. From behind the counter he put the Weekly Circular in my cart and said «I dunno, over there (pointing to a wall without even looking.)
With all the competition within walking distance of this store and the lack of jobs at the moment. This is unacceptable. I ended up spending more money at Best Buy, whom will receive an excellent review, five minutes away from K-​Mart.
On a positive note, the two ladies working the Customer Service Counter at this time, seemed concerned when I went to raise awareness to the issue. I asked them to please relay the message to the manager on duty. Hopefully, they did.
Funny thing, the young man showed-​up right next to me while all this was happening. I’m guessing he doesn’t like his department or working there for that matter. This is K-​Mart, whom unfortunately, had to shut down many stores within the last ten years.
Giving you three stars instead of one because the store was SPOTLESS, the ladies working the Customer Service Counter and the store was well staffed.

This one of the most pathetic K-​mart stores I have ever seen. If you want something. they dont have it. What they have is an alternative that is the worst quality. I recommend going somewhere else. Care not to blink passing the electronics section. you might miss it.
