Best nostalgia Cuban stuff buy. Those of you looking for high end items here –helloooo???

This place sells nothing but products of low quality. Nothing you buy here will really be something worthwhile. It’s only open because there are people that cannot afford anything better. Unfortunately, this is pretty much a «bottom of the barrel» store. Not much to see, other than new garbage.

oh Valsan, where do I begin!
Can you find some good things at Valsan – sure.
Are most of the items sold, pure and utter crap– yes.
The store is huge and they carry just about everything.
If I were to tell you some of the things I would actually buy, it would include:
–perfumes
–simple kitchen items (ex: tacitas de café)
— any 1 time use item
–masquerade masks/​crowns for weddings/15’s …1 time use too.
Most of the other things I won’t get. Mostly because I use common sense and can tell that its garbage, or because I have already tried them out, and ultimately in the end, had to find somewhere else.
The clothes are hideous. Typical Hialeah/​Miami recien llegado wear.
This is probably the place all the old ladies in Hialeah get the shirts in english that say «Your boyfriend thinks I’m hot» and have no idea what they say. If you want tight, loud, gaudy, tacky, and skanky, definitely skanky, this is the place.
I bought hair clips here and they broke while in use.
They have knick knacks for the house, but most of them, are the most hideous things I have ever seen. My absoute favorite is the picture of Jesus that moves when you walk. Classy.
Of course, as if it needed to be said, no one speaks a lick of english and are rude beyond belief. I get really pissed off when I walk to a cashier and she doesn’t even have the education/​training/​common sense to say hello/​a-​lo /​hola/​hi.
At the end of your shopping experience be prepared to show your receipt, you know, just in case you snatched the jesus portrait.
I gave it 2 stars because if you need something cheap and quick, it does the job, but don’t expect to decorate you whole house with this place.
