My first experience was not too bad. The older lady who is near the entrance on the left did a better eyebrow threading. She actually listen, however; she didn’t trim or clean my eyebrow good enough because I still had a lot of little hair. I have had better experience somewhere else in other states. My second visit was a NIGHTMARE!!! I had the younger lady located at the front register and boy I really thought she knew what she was doing. I said«I’m a picky person when it comes to eyebrows so please just clean, trim, and I DONTWANTTHEMTHIN!!» That’s all I wanted. When she started working on them, I felt she was threading a little to much but I trusted her. She had ask me while she was threading, «if the older lady messed up my eyebrow, «I said, NO. At that point I knew she messed them up somehow. Towards at the end I got up, and she hacked my eyebrows so f$&cking thin!!! It was uneven and one higher than the other. It was so horrible I was so embarrassed! I told her I did not LIKEIT! I felt she took a part of away. I was about to cry. She’s lucky I’m not an ugly person to cuss her out. Boy was I MAD. I was nice enough to pay her $ 11 and walked out mad and disappointed. I went straight to Sephora to draw in my eyebrows! Worst experience ever in my life!!! Don’t waste your money.

Store is located on the first level of the mall, just outside of Dillard’s Department store. The woman working during my visit was very pleasant and professional, and she was very skilled at threading. I was very happy with my results, and I will be going back. This shop performs eyebrow threading, facial threading and also henna tattoos, and their hours are open during the mall’s hours(approx. 10 am– 9 pm).
