My nieces and I were running around all morning, and they were hungry so we decided to stop by. It was my first time there, as I was visiting from out of state. Trying to find a parking space was horrible. Anyhow, the cashier was friendly and we did get our meals shortly after sitting down. As we were there enjoying our meals, a white, older lady by the name of Nicole was walking around asking customers if they wanted their drinks refilled. She did not even stop by our table and ask if we wanted our drinks refilled. I thought that was very rude and inconsiderate. If you’re going to work in customer service, at least learn how to treat EVERY customer equally.

Very busy Chick Fil A. However the customer service exhibited by the team here totally overshadows the wait. The team stayed engaged on the status of the food and treat each customer as of they are the most important one. Kudos! Oh yeah. The food is consistent and high quality like the other restaurants.

The usual food you would expect at Chick Fil A, along with the usual high level of customer service make for a better than average fast food experience. I’m partial to the Spicy Chicken sandwich, my Wife prefers the Original Sandwich. Either way, matched up with their waffle fries and a drink and enjoy the goodness. But not on Sundays.

This Chick-​fil-​A location is pretty much par for the course. The service is always fantastic at Chick-​fil-​A no matter where you go. This was the first Chick-​fil-​A in which I noticed free wifi. There was a time that you had to sign up with an email address to get the free wifi. I do not think that is still the case.
If you are traveling on I-​40 it is very easy to access this location. It is not right off the Interstate but it is less than two miles. There is one turn and the Chick-​fil-​A can be seen from the road.
The food is Chick-​fil-​A food. You will get great sweet tea, a good chicken sandwich and waffle fries. If you have been to a Chick-​fil-​A you will know what to expect at this particular location.
