Motel 6

‘Visiting friends for 1 night (requested non-​smoking) My original room had smoke smells embedded in the carpet even though it was on the 1^st floor and smoking rooms are on the 3^rd floor. Having a severe allergy to it, I had to iimmediately ask for another room and was told there were no more. I got my things and went to check out to get help in finding another hotel in the area and the Manager came out and said he had one more room
thay was reserved for overflow, but gave it to me at no additional chage (it was bigger and had 2 beds vs 1). The check-​in agent, James, was super accommodating and really nice. I appreciated the understanding of both him and the Manager. The new room was clean, smoke-​free and pleasant.
