Absolutely love this place. Food is great, price is right, and the service is outstanding. We like the waiter Noël. He is polite, helps with ordering and always has a smile. The entire staff is great. They always make us feel welcome and never ever rush us. This is unlike the sister place, Fanaticos in Jericho where the management acts like they are doing the customer a favor by just being there, very arrogant. We love it when Pasta-eria has wine by the bottle at half price. It would be great if they served cocktails. You can’t go wrong choosing this place. You will leave full, with a doggy bag and feel like they were sincerely glad you were there.

I have been there many times but I was usually having pizza and salad. This time I ordered the lobster ravioli with shrimp entrée and it was actually very very good. I didn’t know that the food there was so good. I will definitely go back.

Been eating here for 23 years and love it! The food is great, the owner’s terrific. Love the salads and the fresh pastas. They change the menu up occasionally but are happy to make you old favorite dishes. Always happy to revisit.

Absolutely hands down the best lunch specials, and fresh homemade whole wheat rigatoni! Amazing tiramisu! Never had a bad meal. The waiters have been there for years, which says something about the staff and ownership. Love love love this place, and its other sister restaurants, Fanatico in Jericho and Emilios in Commack!

We ordered delivery from them for a meeting. The delivery took an extremely long time even though we called at the beginning of the lunch hour. The food was lackluster, which was strange because I’ve had catering from them before and it was not this bad. The salads were wilting and the sandwiches were interesting in concept but tasted boring. The bread they had with soup was great, which makes sense because it is made from the scrap pizza dough. The biggest qualm I had with them was the poor customer service. They left out an individual pizza I had ordered and insisted that we did not order it even though it was on the top of the list and it was the first thing we ordered. There was no way for us to check if we had or had not been charged for it because the guy paying for the meal left with the receipt. We were already at the end of lunch hour so it was not possible to order a new one since they took 1 ½ hour to deliver our original order. No apologies and the woman taking the order flat out lied and insisted that she went back over the order with us, even though she didn’t. For what they charge, the service was atrocious and the food was not good enough to make up for it. For a place like Long Island where you can find a good pizzeria in a 10 mile radius anywhere, this place is not worth the hassle.

I used to be a regular patron of Pasta-Eria and it was quite good with good service. Then(and I think new owners took over) it became hit and miss. Ranging from very good to really not so good — either poor service, fair food, cold food, or all 3. I went again last night for a family celebration and the restaurant was fairly busy for a Tuesday night. We ordered an appetizer, salad, and main courses. The appetizer was fine and the waitress was pleasant. Immediately after we finished our appetizer, the salad came and it was about half the size that it used to be with wilted lettuce. But then as soon as the salad was served, the waitress came back with the main courses. I told her that we wanted to eat the salad first and she said that normally it is served first — but the kitchen had it ready, so… I told her to please bring the plates back to the kitchen and keep them warm until we were ready — she said ok, but didn’t seem happy. The main courses were served hot, but the food was fair at best. The marinara sauce was just ok and the food was quite salty. When we wanted to order coffee, the waitress was too busy talking at another table for about 10 minutes before she turned her attention back to our table. Oh, and I forgot to mention that trying to find a busboy to get some water was like trying to find a winning lottery ticket. We ordered cappuccino — the coffee was actually quite good and hot — except that the cup was so small that it took only about 4 sips to drink it — I’ve never seen cappuccino served in a demi-tasse cup before. It was the tiniest cup of coffee I ever had and priced at $ 5, no less. Then, we had to wait again before the waitress came back with the check and still again for her to come back to take our money. I think we will take Pasta-Eria off of our local Italian restaurant list and find someplace else instead. Or maybe just to order in pizza and that’s it. Thanks for listening

I was surprised at all the bad reviews. I love Fanatico(sister location) and always thought this place was on par. I WASWRONG. Tonight, I ordered three salads. Two were the California salad. I’ve gotten this salad a number of times at Fanatico. Well, this place clearly doesn’t have the same standards. The salad was mostly iceberg with a few crumbs of bacon and gorgonzola. No balsamic drizzle. No frizzled onions. For $ 12, I was annoyed. I called and spoke with«Michael» the owner’s son who couldn’t be bothered. His response, drive back here so we can see the salad. No apology. It’s amazing how a sincere apology can shift one’s perspective. That’s all it would’ve took. We probably would’ve gone back. Instead, nothing. Again, he couldn’t be bothered. I guess he’s not from the generation that understands quality customer service. I’ve included a picture of the salad. My advice: avoid. Go to Fanatico. That place deserves the business.

Ok so this rating is based mostly on my experience dining in. I’ve had pizza to-go here and that experience was solid. I’ve also dined in w/a friend previously and ordered the veggie pizza, which was a good experience. Veggie Pizza was tasty. Rating is lowered because of a bad dining in experience recently. Pizza to go has been solid. I’ve had the regular and buffalo chicken slices, and both slices were solid and enjoyable. However, I was craving Italian the other night and came here to have dinner w/a friend. I noticed a couple things that took away from the experience. Our server was nice enough, but a little impatient and rushed us a bit. No bueno. The bread that they gave us was a little cold and not the freshest. No bueno. I ordered a coke; the dude simply went to the freezer, grabbed a bottle and put it on our table along w/a glass w/3 small ice cubes. I had to ask for more ice, lol. And no fountain soda available I guess. No bueno. My friend ordered pasta w/clams in it, and I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. My friend’s dish had good flavor, but was rendered inedible because he was biting into sand all the time. Unacceptable. He sent it back and got something different. I was craving something hearty, and I have to say my spaghetti and meatballs were disappointing. The sauce was pretty watery, which is a turn off. The noodles were cooked fine. The meatballs were overly salty, a little overcooked, and a little dry. It was a solid amount of food, which is a plus. And I think the presentation of the dish was nice too, so that is somewhat of a plus. But i paid close to $ 18 – 19 dollars for the meal, which definitely was not worth it by any means. So in conclusion, I’d stop by for pizza again but probably will not dine in again anytime.

Decided to try here when normally I go to fanatico. I ordered the skinny girl with salmon and the portion size was kind of a joke compared to what you get at fanatico for literally the same price and the same meal. But the salmon was cooked well. Go to fanatico.

One of the best pizzas on Long Island. They have fresh bread sandwiches too. Staff seem friendly as well.

This place is consistently good. We live close by and their Sicilian pizza is excellent. The pasta dishes are dangerously delicious and the staff is very nice and super accommodating. Highly recommended by my whole family(one of whom is from Italy!)

FANTASTIC — If you have not eaten here you don’t know what you are missing. Great food, great service, family owned and operated– wonderful people. The Crispo Chicken Salad is my absolute favorite. Mike’s Sunday sauce is like home. Little personal touches are all part of your dining experience

Came in before a local school play last week. Ordered a garden salad with the balsamic vinegrette on the side. Omg I love this dressing, it’s amazing. You must get it and get it on the side. We also had garlic knots. I am a garlic knot connoisseur. These are made from bread dough, not pizza dough, so they are more like fluffier bread not as dense as pizza dough. There is also minimal olive oil and a good amount of garlic but in now way over powering. Ordered with a side of sauce and it was perfect. My mom had the specialty grandma pie — white slice grandma with spinach and tomatoes. It was SO good. We enjoyed our meal and it was only $ 14!

I have eaten here a few times for take out just getting a few slices of pizza and recently I got table service which was a pretty big disappointment. When you walk in to the Pizza place it is your typical front with a window top of various pizzas slices and rolls but my family and I went here for lunch and we decided to do the table service in the back which gives off a much nicer ambiance. We got a booth and all got different dishes spaghetti and meatballs, grilled chicken panino for me, salad, pizza slices The food all looked very good as you can see in my pictures but tasted very bland and lacked serious flavor. The grilled chicken was dry and didn’t taste like there was any pesto sauce on it. The meatballs in the spaghetti used way to much bread crumbs. I was very disappointed in the food quality here. Another thing that I thought was weird is that with your meal they give you ketchup packets instead of a bottle to use. Even McDonald’s has cups for ketchup when you dine in. I give this place 2 stars only because there pizza is OK but I most like will not be returning as there are better options close by.

Food was just OK. Kind of bland. I had the zucchini linguini– tasted like water and not good. I make it better at home. However I do recommend the chicken marsala. Good restaurant to go for lunch with a small group. Definitely too small for large groups. Service was ok.

I took my girlfriend here to get a bite to eat. We wanted to sit down but not sit in the dining area(just a quick bite to eat). Well to our surprise they only had 1 spot for this and it was more like a bar area. The lady behind the counter said they will give it to us in ‘to-go containers’. This seemed as if they didnt want us to stay. and since it was busy, everyone was crowded around the ‘bar’ so we decided to take it to go. We ordered a rice ball, 2 grandma slices(that was cold and burnt and too crispy. I originally wanted a wrap(found on their menu) but they said they dont do wraps after lunch. So i had to get something i really was not in the mood for. I probably will not return.
