I’m not a huge Arby’s eater but after driving 300+ miles headed home from vacation it was time to stop for food and it was the only place we thought might not upset our stomachs for the rest of the drive. We were greeted very warmly when walking in and while ordering. The woman (I didn’t catch her name) even tried to spark conversation. After we got our food (very quickly) and began eating she even came over to check on us and asked of we needed anything. I was thoroughly impressed simply by the customer service (the pretzel bites weren’t bad either haha) and would like to compliment this Arby’s and especially their staff today. Two thumbs up!

Worst Arbys i have ever had. Cold food and sloppy service. I understand its fast food but at least it should be a tad bit warm.

I mean, when you go to Arby’s I would assume you would probably know what you are getting right? I would also assume you should probably stick with the roast beef. Something they are known for, right?
I ordered chicken and that was a mistake. I definitely wont order it again from Arbys. Hard breading… and extremely greasy.
Next time I will stick with what they know… Roast beef.
