Chick-fil-A

You either love them or hate them I guess. Politics aside, I love their simple original fried chicken sandwich on the buttered, toasted bun with 2 dill pickle chips. Consistently hot, fresh and fast even with the long lines at just about any time of day, assuming you don’t get behind the bleeding idiots that I always manage to get behind. The waffle fries are usually hot, but never salty enough for me since I like them pretty heavily seasoned.
The poor guy working the drive thru had his hands full with the kooks in front of me wanting to know about the menu, never mind the 8 foot tall board a foot in front of their face and the fact that they serve CHICKEN and nothing else since forever. He even held it together with the stupid special order of no butter on the bun and «plain», because those 2 pickles are such a pain to take off yourself?
Outstanding customer service because I was ready to hop out and give them a smack on his behalf. He looked a bit beleaguered by the time they finally drove off, but he was still very polite and quick with my order, so I just handed him a ten spot told him to keep the change and took off before he could protest. Good service like that deserves a tip, even if it’s not a sit down place.

This is the best Chick fil a I’ve been to! The staff is so nice and managers are top notch. If you’re unsatisfied with anything, a manager will make it right. We’re a little too regular as my husband and I were given a VIP card and all of the full time staff recognizes us. Very clean, fast, good food. Kid friendly too, with a playground and a craft night every week.
Downside? No chicken on Sunday. :(

Try the new shake… lemonade and frozen custard. It tastes like a key lime

I’m always a fan of chik fil a… tender chicken breasts. I like the diet lemonade and coffee is not bad if I’m on the road and need a caffeine fix.

Great Chick-​Fil-​A location… very clean, very quick and friendly staff, food is always fresh and hot, the drive-​thru line can be stacked for a mile, but still moves pretty fast. This is one of the best locations I’ve been to.

Always love my service at this location. The management staff has been there forever which speaks to the continuity and consistency of this particular franchise. The food is always fresh, the staff is always friendly. Keep up the good work!

My favorite chick fil a location! Service is always top notch and restaurant is always clean and tidy. We come to this location at least once a week. Although lines are usually long around meal times, this location is quick and gets your order right!

I have been to many Chick-​fil-​A locations and this is one of the best I have ever been to. The food is always excellent and the service is impeccable. I highly recommend it!

The people there are so nice and considerate

I really love this location and will drive several miles out of my way to stop here. Staff is super friendly and the store is well managed even on busy days. Only negative is the awkward drive– through configuration but its only bad during the rush lunch hours.

Decent fast-​food chicken sandwich place.
Ordered: Spicy chicken sandwich. It came with slices of pickle. The fries where the crisscross kind. Soda refills are free.
Child’s play place included in price of admission.
Bathrooms are clean.
Would I return? If I’m in High Point, yes.
