I really enjoy the friendliness of the lunch baristas. They are quick and cater to everyone no matter how chaotic it is. This is one of the busiest Starbucks in the area, but likely due to its location to various businesses in the area. if you are in a haste, try utilizing the phone order on the Starbucks app. There is a lot of space to also work from here while enjoying your Starbucks drink.

This Starbucks, perfectly located in the Palladium area, is the best Starbucks in the Triad. First, they stay open until midnight Fridays and Saturdays, and until 11:00pm Sun-​Thursday. If you want to sip a hot Chai Latte right after lunch at Jimmy Johns or dessert at ColdStone Creamery, this is right next door!
The menu options are basically typical of Starbucks, but I have never been disappointed with the friendly service. Erin is especially enthusiastic at her job! Yes, they do have a drive through… not to mention free wi-​fi and a diverse selection of tunes they always play in the store. Plenty of outdoor seating too.

My favorite Starbucks location in this area. I love that they’re open late. My drink orders are almost ALWAYS on point. Great place to chill with friends or go to work/​study. I love that they have a drive thru also.

Good place. Nice people. A touch on the liberal side for me. Not so sure that’s a good look for Starbucks moving forward.

Update: it’s still Starbucks so it’s a win win. Things to know:
–morning rush is around 7… do not get in the line if you do not have time to wait. You will be stuck.
–drink orders are usually correct.
–people pay it forward here so you might get lucky or make someone lucky!
–going inside does not speed up the process when you skip the drive thru line — you might as well wait in drive thru line.
–seems to be a lot of holiday stuff on sale right now.

My drinks are always consistent and good. This location is almost always busy and I wish the drivethru was a bit faster. Once you enter the drivethru there is no getting out, so keep in mind that the car in front of you may be ordering 8 frappes. The staff is friendly and several know my order as soon as they see me. More seating indoors would be a bonus, they used to have comfy chairs in there but they’ve been replaced with more tables and chairs. There is a large table in the back that seats maybe 6, and is separated from the rest of the store by a partition. They lack storage space so the hallways to the bathrooms are usually full of boxes of things (mugs and other retail items I assume). It’s close to the house, the service is good, I stop by practically every day because it’s on my way to everywhere. And as long as I’m not in a hurry, the drive thru is super convenient.

Drive thru moved along pretty quickly, frozen chai was great. Pretty much like every other location, consistently good product but just a bit high in price.

anoying when their scanner in the drive through doesnt work… it never works… and when telling them they answer «we told the manager but he is doing nothing about it». For what do they have the app if their stores dont care???

My husband and I are there regular customers since we moved to the area. Almost Every single day we would make a stop there before we go to work. If the drive through lane is long, we often walk into the shop to order and we have no problem what so ever. We are impressed with the way Joe’s, Holy’s, and one more guy’s services. We always walk out of Starbucks feeling like we deserved every moment in there. However, lately we use the drive through to order. We have the same girl taking our order and we always have to repeatedly tell her what we want. We have been feeling like she is rush to move on to another customer. She mistakenly made ‘chocolate’ for ‘ice coffee with white mocha’ twice, which i seem cannot understand how she does this. This morning when we want to confirm what we order with the guy that take our money before they make it. The girl with glasses repeated say ‘It happens every time, every time, every time’, and everyone there look out the window where we park and wait for our drink. We were so unhappy and dissatisfied with the services there this morning. We feel like there are people can take care people better and need to job and actually go to work with their mind all into working. Anyway, I will avoid to go to drive through if this happens twice already.

I like their drive thru option. The are friendly and courteous. I great way to start my morning!

I visit this Starbucks frequently due to it being in such close proximity to some of my regular, favorite restaurants. The quality of the drinks here is very good, better than most other locations. The service is not so great. The drive-​thru can be very slow at times. I have had several drinks messed up, been given the wrong drinks, and have come across a few rude baristas.
There is a mix of good and bad employees at this location… some being very friendly and providing good service, while others being downright snotty or indifferent.
The parking situation is horrendous. The Starbucks shares a parking lot with Cold Stone and Jimmy John’s. Watch out for kids running into the street!
I only continue to frequent this Starbucks due to the convenience of the drive-​thru.

Friendly greeting when you walk in, but for me, that’s where the service dropped off.
Been at this location for about 6 times, but on the last two visits (in a row), my order of a hot black tea was overlooked. I can see being busy and forgetting to submit the order after it was taken and paid for one time. But twice in successive visits?
Maybe it’s because it was only a black tea and doesn’t rate much on the have to fix it scale. Only received the teas after going up and asking.

This has to be the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I live near by so I’ve given this location a fair shake of at least four visits but every single time it disappoints me. I can count on this location to be frustratingly slow (both drive thru or inside). It doesn’t matter if you show up during a rush or if you are the only customer– SLOW. When I do finally get my drink, the outside of the cup is coated in caramel or drips of whatever. It would be no big deal except I feel like it is the perfect representation of the service. Today my order was served wrong even after the cashier repeated it accurately back to me. When I noted the mistake to her, she rudely replied, «well do you want a refund?» The only positive note I can say about this store is that the drinks taste great (when they get your order right). I hate complaining like this but I am hoping they can make improvements!

5 stars for the staff, 3 for the cramped location averages out to 4. Wish the participated in the grounds for gardens program, but I’ve not yet seen a receptacle set up. Overall a great store though and one we visit often.

4 stars because of the staff. This place gets packed and the staff can easily become overwhelmed. They begin to get backed up, and easily mess up orders. However they are very friendly, accomodating, and apologetic. Well as far as the product, it’s a Starbucks…

Somehow, this is the loudest Starbucks ever. If you need quiet, there’s tables outside thankfully.

I like this place, especially when the sun is here so you can drink your coffee /​tea and appreciate the free time outside.

Busy location (amidst all of the office parks) but the staff here are very friendly, attentive and know a lot of the regulars. Drive through can get backed up in the morning, but it moves along.

Great Service, just not the most user friendly Starbucks.
I think that really sums this place up.
