We have stayed at other Courtyards around the country but we weren’t impressed here. While our surfaces, linens and bathroom appeared clean, there was trash on the floor, a very dirty AC vent, and an article of clothing was left on the floor by the back of the sofa. On our way out we used our ice bucket liner to grab the clothing and brought it to the front desk without complaining but we were a bit grossed out, the desk employee apologized. Then a few hours later upon our return another front desk employee caught up to us to apologize for the condition of the room and told me our room would be discounted and they would make it right, we thanked them and felt a bit better about everything. Upon our departure the next morning, the front desk supervisor was unaware of the previous mentions to make things right. Instead of an offer to do so, she said they would give us Marriot points on our account towards the cost of a future room rental. We were disappointed in their offer but we were on our way somewhere special and didn’t have time to make a deal out of it. We don’t go looking for«something for free» but having experience in customer service, we genuinely appreciate when a company makes things right when business is not up to industry standards. Our Marriott account still hasn’t had the promised points added to it.

Very nice hotel and very spacious room. If you are lucky enough to get Hansell to check you in then an even better experience. Great guy with a great attitude. Would stay again.

My wife and I stayed at the Courtyard High Point while on leisure travel. We enjoyed a modern hotel with an impeccable room. The highlight of our stay was the warm welcome and speedy, professional check-in we received from Hansell on the front desk. With staff members like Hansell, we will remain loyal Marriott guests.

I am a Marriott Rewards guy. This lobby is one of the nicer that I have seen for Courtyards. The bed is nice, staff is friendly, and the gym is small but has at least a few things in it. This location is central to everything I need– I will come back.

Comfortable bed and pillows, nice lounge, they serve Starbucks, and the AC got fairly cold. The only problem was our AC made a loud noise when it turned on. Other than that I highly recommend it.

Overall, the facility was clean and well run. Having a built-in«we serve Starbucks» and spirits lounge was nice as well. The comfortable couches and large TV was great for watching hockey with family members. The only real negative was that the wifi on the 2nd floor was terrible; and this place is a dead spot for Sprint coverage. I really felt cut off from the digital world(maybe not a bad thing?).

What a great hotel! This is the nicest Courtyard I have ever seen. The lobby is very nice. The staff is absolutely charming and polite. They have spent good money on the décor and the rooms are very tastefully decorated.

We checked in on the later end of the evening, and the concierge could actually direct us to somewhere to eat that was still open(something another hotel couldn’t do too easily a few days before). The room was clean, staff was friendly, and there were free fresh cookies at the front desk. The only drawback imo is that it sits in a mall plaza. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay on our road trip.
