I have not stayed in the hotel but I went with my wife to the restaurant for the first time last week and was blown away by the food. The chef really knows southern cuisine and everything either of us ordered was fabulous! The fried oyster appetizer over a corn and black-eyed pea relish was my highlight! Great atmosphere for a romantic dinner. This will not be my last visit.

I had to travel to Greensboro, NC on business a few weeks back. The Adams Inn came as a recommendation from our potential client. All I can say is — THANKS! What a fantastic hotel. The hotel had a ton of charm — easy to find — and near the highway. I was only there for one night, but my colleague and I enjoyed dinner at the restaurant which was excellent. The staff was so very friendly and willing to answer any questions. In addition, the accommodations were fantastic. If I ever am in this area again, business or otherwise, I will be staying here for sure!

Stayed 2 nights. Rooms were nice. I had wifi issues both nights, never was able to connect. Breakfast was just ok. They actually ran out of coffee one morning.

We did not eat in the restaurant, but we did spend two nights here. The room was beautiful, well furnished, and the bathroom was excellent. It is clearly a higher-class establishment than the other lodging options we saw in the area. The service was friendly across the board, and we enjoyed our stay. That said, there were a couple minor things that kept us from giving it four or five stars(e.g. a relatively sparse continental breakfast). Overall a fine place to stay, and we would be willing to stay here again next time we are in the area.

Wife wanted something nice and simple for anniversary dinner. so went to eat here for my anniversary. was ok but wife said she wouldnt want to go again. food was good and rich atmosphere but seating is nearly right on top of one another… very little privacy. we sat in front room and there were tables encircling us. I had even told them we were celebrating anniversary and that was the«best» they could do for us. We are not hard to please but when your wife says she would not care to return somewhere. well, enough said.

I stayed one night here and I also had my wedding here. The rooms were great. Comfortable bed, nice furnishings, clean and spacious. The first room they had put me in, the air conditioning did not work, and it was no problem at all to move me to another room. In the midst of the hustle and bustle of the wedding and rehearsal, I lost my room key a couple of times, and this was no problem at all to get a new one. The continental breakfast in the morning was great. The staff was also excellent when it came time for the wedding. They did all of the setting up and cleaning up. Absolutely no stress from them. During the rehearsal, the manager was great at acting as a wedding coordinator, and helping us rehearse the ceremony. The restaurant on site did a great job with the food for the rehearsal and reception. The décor of the hotel takes your breath away and takes remarkable pictures. This place is a little pricey as far as being a wedding venue, but definitely worth the money. Not at all pricey when it comes to staying in one of their rooms.
