It was cheap, and I knew that going in so I wasn’t expecting the Taj Mahal. It is not a lost cause– the rooms were dated but not terribly unclean. I never saw any bugs, etc. as another reviewer mentioned. My shower creaked when you stood in it like it was going to break(no, I’m not heavy). The bathroom fan sounded like it might burn the whole place down. The floors were very old, so you will see stains/traffic patterns, etc but there was evidence of fresh paint, the building itself it not that bad FORTHEPRICE. What IS bad was the other guests– shady, shady people, and groups young people(with babies, apparently) sneaking in through a side door after the front desk closes, and having parties. I mean LOUD, all night, both Friday and Saturday. If they had 2 security guards in the evening, one roaming and the other one watching surveillance feed, I think this place could stand a chance. But as it is, it is one step up from a flea motel. Also– there are no blankets on the beds(you throw the comforter off immediately, just like ALL hotels, but there is no other blanket underneath, just a sheet). Also, no extra roll of TP, no ice bucket, no nothing. I’m not saying they wouldn’t give you one if you asked, but it says a lot about the kinds of people they are used to getting at their hotel. Overall, if you desperately need a really cheap place to stay, and if you can think of it as like a hostel, then it’s ok– really, for this price, I was never scared for my life or anything. But if you are expecting a three star or something, you will not like this.

Have stayed here 3 nights. 3rd night discovered several bugs. Upon killing them in total I’ve discovered 8 crawling up the walls. Do NOT stay here!

Decent price, clean rooms, slightly old décor. It’s easy to miss from the road because it is behind the strip mall without a clear entrance.

Dirty dirty dirty dirty. I swear there was feces on the bathroom wall. The front door looked like it was jimmied, the bathroom floor was so dirty that when you lifted up the bathmat(that white towel they make you use as a bathmat) it was black. The huge 32″ box TV was sitting on a broken lazy susan so when my son went to rotate it, it almost fell on him. We removed the comforters off the bed(thanks Mike Rowe and«Dirty Jobs» for that tidbit) but what was underneath was just as nasty! It was a skeevy night’s sleep. The only plus is that the staff was super friendly. Sure, the room was cheap but cheap doesn’t have to equal filth.
