Tiger Kim’s Tae Kwon DO

The instructors here are awesome! The staff are all very friendly and encouraging and the Masters are definitely highly qualified to teach. The instruction is great and my 2 children love going here! Their confidence has definitely increased and their attitude has gotten a lot better since starting taekwondo.

Deceptive… Completely Deceptive regarding how they process payments for their services. I concur with Ahmad S. that everything he wrote was accurate. I have no problem signing my child up for Taekwondo and providing payment for automatic draft. What I do have a problem with is having a 3^rd Party Billing Company putting a hard inquiry on my credit report by submitting the services as a loan… SERIOUSLY! I have never worked with a merchant who renders services and setups a contract in this manner. Absolutely ridiculous! I will be reporting this to BBB as I was never made aware that this would occur and would never authorize this if known upfront. As Melynda N. stated… BAD Business!

* Putting your Kids to this place is bad for your Credit * My wife signed up our two kids with Tiger Kim’s in September 2013. Paid first month fee in the amount of $ 288.00. Kids started they liked it… So far so good. Today Oct 18^th 2013, I got a letter from AAC — Affiliate Acceptance Corporation as a «debt collector» saying I owe $ 3,168.00 to them they will be charging me a monthly «installment» of $ 288.00 per month. Are you kidding me? They just totaled whole year and putting that as amount I owe? Tiger Kim: you did not deliver services for whole year then how can you put whole year (which is in future) on someone’s credit? I am going to report them to Better Business Bauru and NC Attorney general for this business practice. Be aware. Putting your kids to this place is BAD for your and your credit.
