Jack in the Box

So my buddy and i came here looking for a good time but only received a bad one. It took the employees 5 minutes to finally approach us and when they did, didn’t even crack a smile. I get it, you have a shitty job but that does not give you the right to ruin my experience here at jack in the box. I love jack in the box but this establishment made me love jack in the box a whole lot less. We waited another 10 minutes for our two orders and the food wasn’t even prepared well. Would I recommend this place to another individual or friend of mine? Never. This jack in the box is a disgrace to all jacks in the world. Not one good thing came out of my experience here today not even the food. Never ever come here.

The food is good no doubt but the chick cashiers at night in the drive thru fuck up a lot more than once

Morons… Nothing but morons working here! Not only did they get my order & my mother’s order wrong, they said my card was declined but somehow charged me twice! It wasn’t till I blew up at them, threatened to call corporate, & give them a bad survey that they were wanting to do something. But the dumb supervisor or whatever the hell you want to call her won’t give my $$ back till she talks to the closing manager. I just called and she said she hasn’t gotten a hold of her manager.

I only gave two stars because they are usually very fast, even when they have multiple cars in the DT. This store is on my way home so I frequent it, but they almost always give us messy boxes. Cheddar from the wedges on everything and busted condiment packages.

tried this place again recently after years. and they still screw you over. went once for a jumbo jack and got the equivalent of a mcD’s cheese burger. two buns a patty, and a pickle. no lettuce, tomato, ketchup. etc.
So next time i tried Jack’s spicy chicken. two buns, and a semi-​frozen, as if microwaved chicken patty. as in THAT was it. fuck.

Breakfast Supreme Croissant Review.
THE AMBIANCE:
Small Jack in the Box located on York Blvd. close to Rite Aid. I went through the drive-​thru by making a left on York Blvd and then a sharp right. My car has good turn radius but it is a bit difficult to get close to the ordering screen if you enter the drive-​thru from this way. The other option is to make a right into the little Jack in the Box plaza from York Blvd.
THE SERVICE:
The woman taking my order was courteous and in no time I was at the window paying for my croissant. I asked for a cup of water and she gave me one, letting me know that my straw was in my bag.
THE FOOD:
The Breakfast Supreme Croissant has egg, cheddar cheese, a slice of ham, and bacon. The bread was fresh and the ingredients were good. I would order it again.
THE TIPS:
They have other breakfast items like egg burritos and a waffle sandwich, which literally looked like two waffles sandwiching sausage. Hmmm…

So this isnt the best Fast food place if your looking for FAST food. I have waited in line when theirs no one in line but myself. As recently as today (11-​12-​2014) I went in for some tacos, waited, ordered to go, and when I got home, Everything was cold. That was today, but I have had things like egg shells on breakfast sandwiches, not getting what I ordered correctly like no bacon on a bacon burger. I keep coming back since theirs nothing that stays open late around highland park and when they get something wrong they do apologize. It just keeps happening, today is/​was the last straw. Im done with Jack In the Box. Well this one anyway

Used their drive thru the other day. Line was 6 cars deep, parking is really small and whoever designed that exit to be right next to the drive-​thru lane was bonkers.
They had my food ready to go after 10 or so minutes.

Jack in the Box? More like champ in the box. This particular branch of one of my favorite fast food joints stands out above all the others because of one specific situation.
So I had surgery on my wrist recently and i’m in a cast. It’s a bitch to cook right now so i stopped to pick up some grub. I was disheartened to find that the spicy jack club sandwich was no longer on the menu. I approached the box and asked Sergio a million questions about the sandwich. He answered everyone, with kindness, and proceeded to customize a current sandwich to make the one i wanted.
Totally awesome!
If that wasn’t enough, i pulled a 100 dollar bill when I pulled up and he broke it with a smile on his face.
Thank you for reinvigorating my interest in fast food establishments. SERGIO, you are the man. Thanks!

Not worthy of any stars, but Unilocal won’t let me go without first rating with stars… I went today, and instead of fountain drinks, they are serving canned soda. This is bs, because you are ordering a LARGE and you down it with a can soda. First and last time I come here, beleive me. I work to hard for my money, to fucken spend this way. Rip off, next to the most depressing starbucks ever, they should just build a gas station there or something that would benefit this society. And to top it off, no management was available, typical, who would like to be the face of the company on a sunday evening???

They really bad

this Jack and the Box is a mess. There is two enterances to the drive thru which makes it difficult when you pull up to the order speaker. Try to go before lunch time since it does get crowded. They sometimes have a random lady coming up to cars in the drive thru asking you to buy her lunch (or give her money) or sometimes next to the window before getting your food. I brought her lunch before but since I see her there often I don’t always want make it a habit. This makes it a bit comfortable especially since i just want to order my food and go without any hassle. they do have polite service however.

I can’t believe that I’m reviewing a Jack in the Box!
I was hungry and my hubby and I were in a rush to go somewhere yesterday and didn’t have time to dine in. So, we busted a right and drove into the Jack in the box Drive thru. I ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl (4.95) for the first time and a Peach Ice tea (1.99) and both were DELICIOUS! the teriyaki chicken bowl was definitely fulfilling for fast food and hit the spot and the Peach Ice tea was yummy. It didn’t even taste like Jack in the box food. I highly recommend it.

Been coming here since I was 5, the service is average, as well as the food.
You really can’t expect more from a fast food place, I really like the churros here. I also like the chicken sandwich. Thats it… what, were you expecting more, go F**CK YOURSELF.

While I don’t typically review places like this because in most circumstances you know what to expect, but this review ain’t about no JUMBACO
I’m talkin’ BACON
Yup a BACON Milk Shake
Now while the flavoring is artificial they do use real Vanilla Ice Cream to make the shake, and it’s a good flavored BACON shake!, I think they could improve it greatly with some real bacon bits mixed in like they do with the Oreo or other specialty shakes.

We showed up for the Jumbo Deal when it was quiet and empty then BAM! We got hit by a wave of junkies, crazies and things. It was the cast of a circus freak show. The food was good and Jack wasn’t lying about his burgers tasting better. my sons and I will never come here again. Unless you don’t mind the junkies getting their fixes in the bathroom and whoo-​kers doing their thing in there also. Now its time to puke out this yummy greasy food. j/​k

The Oreo shake is the only thing that separates jnb.

NOT fast food and the person preparing the food loves mayo although we didn’t.
