Made us wait in the parking lot when there was nobody behind us took several minutes to complete a simple breakfast order. Whoever owns this place needs to wake up and realize it takes atleast a half ass effort to be successful in the Resturant biz.

Ok I went here to try the new hot dog. It was ok but it was too high of a price for the size of the hot dog. Actually I was excited that they were going to have hot dogs but the size of the hot dog did not equal the price. Very disappointed. Lower the price or give a bigger hot dog for the price. The place is clean enough but they had a lot of homeless and they wouldn’t ask the woman begging all the patrons to leave. I’ll pass on this location and this food item

What a bizarre stripped down store. Completely generic inside. Can hardly tell where you are except for the menu. Very uncharacteristic for a franchise. Should be inspected for conformity to company standards. I won’t be going back

Sitting in the drive thru as im writing this… been waiting a ridiculously long time. Even a guy walked up to the window trying to get his order fixed… as were all still in line 5 cars in… yup not coming here again. no joke horrible service. I cant believe i waiting this long

The food was a huge disappointment. The whopper was mess with scraps of lettuce they had in it. There was more pickles than lettuce and tomato combined.

Slow service. Workers who talk like they’re drunk and slur all their words together who seem to be trying to fit all their words into one sentence on the drive-thru intercom. Food is yucky!

Perhaps the prior reviews made a positive change. We found the staff to be polite and the food to be as expected. The facilities are clean and in good shape. This is a good place to stop on your way to Big Bear ski spots.

Went there about two hours ago got 2 number 1 meals for me and the wife got home started to eat and food was kinda cold and fries were real bad and soggy the veggies in the whooper looked like they been left out over night not coming back here.

I have been to this location on occasion. The food is gross in opinion. I have my favorites from each place, usually chicken products and sweets, and it always seems like they use old ingredients. I have gotten sick twice off of their breakfast. I DO love their Rodeo Cheeseburgers though, No complaint there. Why the food chain always changing up their fries too? Bathrooms were okay, so they must keep the place up pretty well. Customer service sucks big time. I have been there morning, noon and night and all those people seem like they would rather fill up their bathtub full of gasoline and light themselves on fire rather than work at a Burger King. Overall: D+

This place never gets your order right. Every time I have been here in the past 3 years, something was wrong. I would like their food better if they used fresh ingredients. Every time, I would get old and brown lettuce. My suggestion if looking for good fast food. Go to Carls Jr down Boulder Ave. You won’t have any issues there.

I found a few thoughts going through my head as the fiancée and I stopped through the drive thru for b-fast yesterday. «This must be what jail food tastes like.» and«If I was sick and in the hospital on my death bed I wouldn’t want this food» and«What did I do to deserve this?» and«I can’t believe I PAID for this shit.» Please see the pictures and you will completly understand why I had these thoughts. I will NEVER go to this Burger King or any other Burger King for breakfast again. No one should have to pay for food that looks and tastes like that.
