Wendy’s

As far as the food, was great. However we had to get someone to clean our table since every table in the dining room was filthy. But on a good note the employees were friendly and eager to help when I asked for the table to be cleaned. Cleanliness is very important anywhere your serving food. If the dining room was maintained it might have been a 4 or 5 star experience.

I come here every week and always had a good service. Manager Jenn is the nicest and very helpful.

Oh that’s funny just realized this is my 2^nd written review, but honestly this is the nearest Wendy’s to me. And the employee’s must hate working here so much they are always in a mad mood rushing u to order or cutting you off in the middle of my drive thru order lol oh lawd! Go back to school then get a better job then! Ugh lol

Horrible service. Slow and rude. Waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes before they said hello.

I have worked in the food service industry a long time and the only reason this establishment gets my business is because I love Wendy’s food. The service is completely atrocious! I stood in line for 7 min. with only 1 gentleman in front of me… we were both growing increasingly impatient… there is no work ethic with any of these employees. After the guy ahead of me ordered, I still had to wait another 2 minutes before my order was taken… so we’re going on 10 minutes now that I’ve been waiting in line. I placed my order and asked to speak with the Manager who apologized and blamed it on employees being on break waited another 5 – 10 minutes for my food and all I ordered was a half sized salad… Oh, I would also like to mention that the gentleman ahead of me had only ordered a number one… which is a cheeseburger, and he was given a chicken sandwich. Horrible service, JUST HORRIBLE!!! I asked the manager if this store was corporate owned or a private franchise… she said that they weren’t corporate anymore… corporate might want to pay back the franchise fee and take back the restaurant before these lazy, good for nothing employees and managers tarnish the Wendy’s name.

At least today, service was great. Most of the time food is great here. Large portion of beef on Bergers, and always tasting fresh.

Repeatedly get the order wrong. Apperantly they have no qualms about charging for extras but not delivering. With 8 people in line this afternoon they decided to stop taking orders at the counter to service the drive thru exclusively. Whoever is managing this place is failing it. Ended up going to Carl’s across the
Wal okay.

I think this is the slowest Wendy’s… Even when it’s not busy it’s slow… And the flies inside are so annoying!!!

This is my kids favorite fast food, so we come to eat at least 2xs a week. The service is slow and the drive thru has been dragging the last few months. The manager with dark hair in braid, (I think Jennifer) has always been very rude and lacking any customer service skills. I am contacting Wendy’s corporate about the issue.

Asked for a kid’s meal with a plain hamburger and sprite. The order I received was a sprite with 12 ants all in it. worse thing is that I didn’t even realize they were there till I drank half of it and started seeing black specs rising to the top of the cup. Disgusting. Hamburger also ended up being a cheeseburger. Fries tasted like they had been double salted.

I’ve had bad experiences here previously with the drive through but today I was pleasantly shocked by how Serena the woman taking the orders was so helpful. She told me what to get that would be a cheaper price and what I could do for my sides and she was just overall very helpful. Way better the previous employees!

Always have problems with them at the drive thru it feels like they have selective hearing the order is always wrong just make sure and double check your food in the car before you even leave the window. We had to call the number on the receipt to get the right order they had an attitude on the phone drove back there attitude was gone and they redid our order plus we got to keep the first order so overall it was a headache both sides didn’t want but at least it the problem was fixed.

Food was good for a fast food joint. Bake potato was cook just right. I read the ingredients for the butter and sour cream and decided not to use it, way to many long words in the ingredients. The service was way slooooowww only one cashier for lunch service!!! Really… the manager didn’t show any concern the line was to the door and I waited over 10 minutes to just order. Sonia the cashier was nice but you can tell she has given up to shear fustration! I will kot be coming back to this Wendy’s.

Wayyyyyyy to expensive. Came out to $ 16 for two sandwiches and 2 large drinks. Rip off much? I think so.

If the 99 cents menu were still 99 cents, I’d give this place 5 stars. I love the salad and the chocolate frosty, but the salad went from 99 cents to 1.59 in a matter of 2 yrs. But, I still like it, so I recycle more bottles and cans so I can afford to go.

lots of people working in the area stop here for lunch breaks, I’m one of them. Food quality is good, the salads are really great and fresh. The people working here are really attentive and come arnd the floor asking if you need anything, and picking up your tray if you finished. Not bad for a fast food restaurant!!!

Food looks so much bigger in the menu photos! lol, ordered the apple pecan chicken salad and asiago chicken burger. I like the option they give for your burger, home-​style, spicy or grilled, but again… small. Anyhow, not a big fan of this salad, maybe it was the pomegranate vinaigrette dressing… maybe it had something to do with it having 80 calories.
I guess you either like Wendy’s or you don’t! Sorry Wendy :(Forever faithful to my two 2 main men Jack and Carl! :)
