Del Taco

I don’t know why this del taco always gives me problems every time it something. On previous occasions it’s been rude managers. They never have the grill working cause they don’t want to have to make a burger. My last visit the food was okay I was finally able to order a double sel cheesburger from this location. The food is always generally ok. The lady was nice, but when I ask for 10 hot sauce for 3 big items she tells me she can’t give me that many. Now I not the only costumer that only uses 1 sauce per item. She says she can only give me 3. I tell her I’m not having 3 so I say 5 just to see what she says she tells me she agrees upon 5. Why in the hell do I have to negotiate for hot sauce!!! She then goes on to tell me that they count the hot sauce and would be in trouble if she gave me more, which if this is even true, I think is completely ridiculous for franchise to do that unless someone’s asking for an extreme amount of the condiment, which I was not. Not only that but a friend of mine had gone through the drive-​through just before I did and he came to my house he bought 4 tacos and I tell him what I just experienced then he shows me that the lady gave him over 10 of the condiment. I won’t be going here anymore. I’m sure they will not care about this in the slightest.

Chilly cheese fries are the BEST and there ground beef tacos are to die for just talking about it I’m going there now

I understand this is not fine dining, but raw fries every time I use the Drive thru! Get it together your not building Rocket Ships!

I don’t eat fast food often but when I do I hope they all have the attitude these employees. Everyone was gracious and pleasant and it was a surprise for a fast food chain to have such great employees. Thanks for the great service. Keep it up.

This location is close to my house, so I tend to stop here when ever I get the chance. The crew on this particular day, was very friendly when I drove through for a quick meal. I even had one of Del Taco’s email coupons with a different location on it and they still honored it! Had a shake and a burrito that was very good.
