I have been shopping at Fallas for a while now. I usually shop at the one in Highland, Ca or in Texas where I now live. I went to the one in Fontana on purpose for their 50% off Clearance Sale. I spent over an hour shopping in the store going of the sign«All Clearance 50% Off» with my mother and one year old daughter. When we got to the register we were told only apparel was 50% off which is not what the sign in the window said. The Fallas in Highland, CA honored ALL clearance tags at 50% off, Fontana would not, and had NOSIGNSATALL saying only apparel on the sales floor. The manager on duty refused to honor the deal. She called the store manager Jackie and she said she could not override giving us the 50% off the clearance(even though the Highland manager did). I had to fight the manager on duty Nicole to call the general manager. She finally tried calling the district manager Rafael and Nicole informed me that I could not have his number and he did not answer and his answering machine was full. I worked Retail for almost 20 years in management and management training. I have never seen such a bad case of false advertising, and a lack to fix the issue. I left my number with the manager on duty. If they try to fix this situation I will update this post. For now I will NEVER shop at the Fontana store again and stick to the Highland store who honored the sale. I was told each store is different on sales, yet they all have the same sale going on. I feel completely lied to by Nicole and Jackie at the Fontana store and highly disappointed in a district manager that has a full mail box on a Monday night.

So annoying how they never have there fitting rooms open! Definitely need to have more employees working the store.

Very organized, cheap, clean & nice employees the only down fall is there usually is only 1 cashier open with a line full & never enough baskets to use while shopping

Customer service is slow!!! I always dread waiting in line at that store. Even with only 2 customers in front.

I’ve tried to buy kids clothes here twice, and both times the sizing was so off that my kids could’nt find pants that fit. Its frustrating to keep going and getting new sizes from the fitting room. If we had found a size that worked for my daughter today, we would have been all over the 2/$ 15 levi’s. Thats a great deal! The stuff is cute enough, but I think they get the super crappy factory rejects, ones that even Ross won’t take. It explains why the tags dont match for sizing. I’d definitely recommend it if you are on a tight budget, and dont mind spending alot of time figuring out what fits. Update: went back again to find clothes for myself, found a few shirts that I love for $ 3 a piece, which was amazing. I am not a small, but if you are there’s a ton of cute stuff. Also, a ton of Disney stuff, which is fun if you are planning a trip to Disneyland or just love disney in general. I updated 1 star because the adult area isnt as bad as the kids in terms of sizing.

I don’t understand the other review’s ghetto comment. Perhaps they see what they want to see I suppose. The store itself is clean and the prices aren’t at all bad. The only thing I don’t like is being watched like a hawk constantly. It seems as though there are more people watching you than helping you. The cashier was left alone to deal with about ten people in line, growing more and more impatient while other employees walked about seemingly with nothing to do. They have more registers, just don’t open any of them. The cashier girl(blonde, young) handled the situation perfectly and maintained her composure dealing with the ever increasing level of irate customer. Kudos to her but shame on the rest. Perhaps they should spend more time on checkout then on checking me out.

Ghetto is all I have to say. It looks like the swap meet and the customers look just as bad.
