I have been going here for over 4 years, it has definitely hit rock bottom. I won’t return, after giving then the benefit of the doubt with their baby back ribs with no meat on there. But the rib eye steak which I ordered was garlic drenched and undercooked, and was so fatty it almost made me nauseous. All my previous experiences have been pretty good and the servers are always great but this was a new low in food quality for Chili’s. They need to go back to their previous meat supplier. I won’t be back. I will try Appleby s or any number of restaurant choices here in Highlands Ranch.

I hate not giving 4 – 5 star reviews. But after frequenting this location basically my whole life, it has made me really sad to see it go downhill the past couple of years. My friends and I meet here once a month for dinner and every single time service is SLOW. Nice waiters and waitresses, but incredibly slow service. Especially considering they have the pay machines on the table now. One time we went in and a man was with his disabled brother. They asked for a different handicap accessible table since the one they were sat at was in a small and awkward corner, and they refused to seat them elsewhere. This was disappointing. Another time my silverware was covered in grime. Also, the food has gone downhill at Chili’s in general, but when my family and I came last month, my Mom removed a gigantic hair from her burger. The hallway area outside of the kitchen and leading to the bathrooms is always a mess as well. This location really needs some tender loving care… unfortunately I think I have given them my last try.

I really like Chilis just not this Chilis. Very dirty location. It is unappetizing to see the kitchen when you go to the restroom. When we unwrapped our silverware it had food and grease on all of it. The our app salads came out with mildew on the onions. Then the ribs came out cold. Not even an offer to comp sodas or dessert– this must be the status quo. This Chilis is just gross.

THISPLACEISTRULYAMAZING! There are a few instances in life where astonishment reigns supreme over logic. Part of me wanted to give 5 stars because of the entertainment value of a visit to this insanely terrible chilis. My girl friend and I eat here at least once a week just to have a good laugh(I’m serious about that, this place is absurd). The staff are probably all a few IQ points above Steven Avery. So don’t come here unless you want to make fun of a few morons while you eat. But seriously, who’s hiring these people? Stop it.

F this place. Seriously, F this place. My fiancé is kind of a picky eater and he has always loved chili’s because he is always able to get the same ‘ol reliable and it comes out the same every time. Literally, he’s been eating the same thing there for like, fifteen years. So his family’s go to gift for him is chili’s gift cards. It’s basically an inside joke type of tradition. We have been here a handful of times to use up these stinkin’ gift cards and I swear, the service gets worse and worse. They’re entirely too reliable on the stupid table tablets that take up too much space. Question about your bill? Need a box? Find a hair in your food? TOOBAD. Your server will never come back to you! Bar or dining room, it doesn’t matter. It’s borderline comical. But the icing on the F this particular Chili’s cake is their Veterans Day special. My fiancé was in the Navy and is darn proud of it, as he should be. We went in to take advantage of their special and boooy, was that a mistake. They were understaffed(hi, do you not know you do this every year?) and completely discombobulated. We got a waitress who we seem to always get. She’s pretty robotic, very corporate and not a shred of personality. She took our order and that was the last we saw of her! We weren’t even able to get a manager’s attention, they were all completely oblivious to us. Our waitress walked past us numerous times with plates stacked, to the side completely turning her head to us every time she passed. We needed his meal taken off the bill, as we had told her when we ordered he was a veteran. NOPE. She didn’t care when we told her and she certainly didn’t care when she blatantly ignored us in our attempt to correct our bill. My fiancé and I sat for fifteen minutes before just giving up and paying the entire bill on the stupid machine. Had she needed to drop the bill or pick up our credit card, we maybe could’ve reminded her about THEIRSPECIAL, but instead she never came back over. So yeah, my fiancé basically got a giant middle finger for his service to our country from this particular Chili’s. I tolerate bad service and bland food, but I don’t tolerate disrespect from some nineteen year old centric staff. Gift cards will surely become re-gifts from now on.

It took an hour for the food to get to the table. French fries are cold. Salads were put on a hot plate. Waitress is no where to be found.

Sat in the bar area tonight with my wife just for a quick late night snack. It wasn’t crazy busy but it was a little much for one bartender to handle. He greeted us after a few minutes and told us he would get to us in just a moment. He was hustling but didn’t make it back for about 5 more minutes. He apologized for the wait and took our order. I wouldn’t blame him for the wait. Like I said, he was hustling. Just too many people walking in at once but someone should have probably stepped in to help. We ordered a triple dipper to split. Egg rolls, Sliders and Boneless Wings. They were all decent for a chain restaurant. Beats the hell out of the Applebee’s kitty corner from here. Good service. Good food. We will be back for sure.

I walked into this Chilli’ shortly after lunch time. It didn’t seem that busy. i was seated promptly and then waited about 10 minutes for a server to show up… Only after the other lone diner at table beside mine complained after waiting similarly. Server was nice enough when he appeared. Then a table of 3 showed up and they too were made more than 10 minutes before server showed up. Food was standard Chilli’s but clearly this restaurant has no focus on customer service.

Unfortunately this Chili’s location is hit and miss on service. I have found that weekday evenings are often better than the weekends. Since they deployed the ‘self-check-out’ system — the wait staff sorta abandons you after your main entrée. That said, their food is generally pretty good.

We’ve been coming here for years, and unfortunately this place has really gone downhill. We use to love it, but I don’t think we will be back again. The service was terrible tonight; the«steamed» broccoli was raw; the salmon had a bone in it; the steak was hard as leather and overall, it was fairly dirty. It’s a shame because it used to be an enjoyable place.

Something happened to this location, I’ve been coming here for years and have never seen it this bad. This last visit I could hear my waitress yelling at he kitchen staff and the staff yelling back. Once I did get my food it was horrible. I took two bites and attempted to complain but didn’t want whatever they would try to serve me next. They refused to do anything about it so I ended up paying 16 $ for 2 bites and leaving. They didn’t have any draft beer and my margaritas came 1⁄3 empty. I normally love this location but I have nothing but complaints for my last two visits. I’ll be crossing the street and going to Applebee’s instead next time I decide to eat out.

They sat us at the bar because we would be ‘served faster.’ We sat there for 15 minutes and no one was working the bar, cleaned off our table, or asked if we needed anything. First impressions mean something, and this one was unprofessional.

Horrible service! After first round of drinks and chips were served we had to ask for everything else, even the bill. Sadly it seems like every time I go there it ends up this way.

Went in for a carry out a week ago. Had a pleasant person take my order, but when I was waiting the bar back guy didn’t even ask if I needed anything while I waited and hands me my food just in the box not bag no utensils. Like who does that? Never ordering they’re again!

Wow, yuck. I know I haven’t been to Chili’s in a while but I remember the food actually being palatable. So many things were gross about my meal tonight. To start with there was so much crap on the floor under our table that I didn’t want to put my sandaled feet on the floor. The floor was filthy. The table felt sticky also. So the whole reason we came here tonight is because I was craving the Chili’s Monterey Chicken. This is no longer a menu item but they were nice to make this for me anyway. This comes with mashed potatoes & steamed broccoli. To start with the broccoli although steamed to perfection, has no seasoning on it what so ever so it is bland. I asked for some butter and received some melted yellow oil that tasted nothing like butter. So I just dashed a bit of salt on the broccoli to give it some flavor. Next the«mashed potatoes» were absolutely disgusting. I’ve eaten the mashed potatoes at Chili’s before and remember them being quite tasty. I have no idea what was wrong with these potatoes tonight but they were inedible. Perhaps they were old, perhaps they had been frozen too long, I have no clue but they didn’t taste like potatoes. I brought this to the attention to the server and I was brought something called skillet mashed potatoes instead that I was told is new. These tasted just as bad, just hotter. The chicken was ok I guess, nothing spectacular. It tasted very processed. My husband got the mixed fajitas. He says that the beef was good but the bell peppers were overcooked and bland. I feel bad complaining so much but this really was a disgusting dining experience. Perhaps it is just this location that is bad or that we’ve gotten used to better food. I stand by my review of the potatoes though. Those were gross. The only thing good that I can say is that our server was very nice and fast. All of the staff that we encountered were very nice and our server knocked a few dollars off our bill to make up for the potatoes.

Been here 3 times in the last year and each time there was an issue with the food not being hot or warn when it came to the table. Today they could not even serve hot fajitas, the skillet was just warm. This location has to learn how to server food and not let it sit the window. 3 strikes and we’re never coming back.

This location was hardly«clean». I had to brush my chair off with my hand because whoever ate at our table before us spilled their chips everywhere. Chili’s has okay food. I wish I could say you get a good deal for the money you pay, but that just isn’t true. It’s too expensive for the quality of food you get. 2 adults and 1 kid can be up to $ 50! Not cheap at all. I got the Grilled Chicken Salad. It had corn salsa, beans, and cheese on it. I asked for the corn salsa on the side and the waitress forgot and it still came out on top of the salad. The chicken wasn’t bad. Was it fresh? No. A salad is a pretty standard salad so I can’t really say much about that. Our sever wasn’t super friendly, but she did keep coming back to full up our drinks, which is always nice. I can’t stand not having anything to drink because the server hasn’t checked on you in forever! This Chili’s was pretty busy and the only table they had for the 7 of us was shoved into the corner in a very cramped area. It was very stuffy in the restaurant. I like Chili’s because the have the little Ziosk things that you can play games on while you wait for your food. But at an extra dollar charge. You can pay from it, and order more drinks and deserts from it. They also have an ok variety of food to eat, there’s something there for everyone. They also had a TV near our table which was nice because we could watch the Rockies play as we ate. All of the pros of Chili’s aren’t really anything ‘new’, nothing any other restaurant doesn’t have. Red Robin has the Ziosks, and almost every restaurant now-a-days has TV’s. My advice? Go to Red Robin.

It seems they have poor management, restaurant was understaffed and staff seems to lack training. During dinner hour, people were lined up waiting, no one was bussing empty tables, when tables were bussed, the dishes weren’t taken away instead just stacked on empty spaces around the tables… it was disgusting. Wait for food was also overly long(30min), food arrived partially warm.

The way the service is here, you’d think they were running a post-apocalyptic oil refinery. As soon as we walked in, the hostess started an arguement with us over seating. «Do you want a small booth or a table?» «Small booth is fine.» «BECAUSEIFYOUWANT A BIGBOOTH, I WOULDHAVETOCLEANITOFFANDTHEREWOULDBE A WAIT.» «Small booth is fine.» The waitress never smiled, said as little as possible, and looked like she was doing her job against her will. Was she a robot? Was she a zombie? I’m not sure. The manager, too, treated us as problems instead of customers. The food was pretty good. Too bad they didn’t seem to want us here.

I have to admit it: I really like Chili’s. I know it’s a chain and all, but it’s consistent, I like the Southwestern aspect, and most everything I’ve had has been good. This location is no exception. The food is what you’d expect, but consistently tasty: I had a guacamole burger yesterday, and I’d say it’s about on par with the fancier burger places scattered around Denver. I’m very partial to their southwestern egg rolls as well as the chicken crispers. Their salads are faux-healthy(I think it may quit being a salad when you bury the lettuce under fried chicken, bacon, and cheese) but delicious. My husband is a fan of the baby back I’ve actually never eaten inside the restaurant, but I’ve done curbside to-go takeout multiple times, and the service here is excellent– food has been ready and brought out to my car as soon as I arrive, even if I end up being early. I’d imagine service inside is good as well. I won’t try to convince anybody that Chili’s is gourmet, but it’s tasty and I’m sure I’ll be back. Note: it looks like you turn in here from University, but you can’t. You have to turn off of County Line by the Sprouts and then go through the parking lot. Don’t be like me the first time I got take-out and accidentally get on 470.
