Pizza in Lone Tree is, unfortunately, getting worse and worse. Rocky Mountain Pie used to be my go-to, but their quality and service have slipped too much. I then switched to Pasquinis. It was a good step up from RMP… at first. The first time I had their pizza and salad, I was in love. It has been a real struggle to adapt to the way they are now. Their breadsticks, which used to be my favorite, have been suuuuper stale the last few times they were delivered. The *last* time I ordered from them, the breadsticks tasted like dish soap and bleach. They were truly inedible. The chevre salad had TINY flecks of cheese. If you balled it all up, it would be the size of a pencil eraser. The pizza(my fav is the GF due pizza) is still good, but the breadsticks, the salad, and the service just kill it for me. I typically order delivery. The few times that I’ve ordered carry-out, the service has been truly horrible. After they eventually acknowledge that I’m there to pick something up, no one can locate my order. They forget items, they are just generally incompetent and surly. The ONE time I ate in the restaurant, it was even worse. The restaurant was almost completely empty, yet our waitress was non existent. Bread never came out. Drinks were left unfilled. We waited for our check for nearly an hour. After trying and trying and trying to get back to the warm fuzzy feelings Pasquinis gave me the first couple of times I ate their food, I’m resigned to give up and continue my search for good pizza in Lone Tree.

The only reason that they get 1 star is because the review will not let me give them zero stars. To say the service was awful would be gross under statement. But I am not blaming the wait staff. I am blaming the owners here. We got to the restaurant at 5:40 pm on a Friday and were surprised to find it empty. The parking was actually being used by patrons of the other restaurants close by. Never a good sign. A short walk from the parking lot and we were greeted by the intoxicating smell of raw sewage. Seriously! We entered a restaurant with only 3 tables occupied; yet had to wait 20 minutes to get our order taken. The restaurant on a Friday night had only a 3 person wait staff and 1 bar tender. No bus boys. No hostesses. No managers. I tried to go over to the bar to order a beer on tap wand was told that they only had 2 kegs still tapped. It was painfully obvious that this is a restaurant that has no funds, is understaffed, and does not have any product on the shelves in its restaurant. It will not be a surprise when this location closes its doors in 6 months or less. Don’t get me wrong, the Tony P’s down on 17th Avenue in Uptown is still great. Not sure what happened in Lone Tree, but avoid this place and avoid a likely case of food poisoning or worse from the toxic sewage. Seriously…

This used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Great pizza & large portions… you couldn’t lose. That being said, after several lackluster visits where our food took forever, service was terrible, and then food was disappointing resulted in us electing to no longer frequent Pasquini’s. We always came late fternoon, when hardly anyone was there so I feel there’s not much reason for service to be so slow. I was a server for years so I understand it being hectic during peak times, but this was never the case. The staff has a tendency to spend more time goofing around and neglecting customers than working. I sincerely feel bad for the owner’s because bad service is a death sentence in this business.

Where do I even begin with our terrible experience at Pasquini’s last night. We frequented the old Pasquini’s(now Fiocchis) in DTC, so when we moved to Highlands Ranch last month, we were excited to go to an original Pasquinis. The lack of service before our food came is only a side note. We got our entrees, and once it was placed on the table, my husband said, ‘What is that horrible smell.’ Turns out, it was my dish. It tasted as if it had been burned, and then soured– I took one bite and had to spit it out it was so terrible. When we finally got a waitress(not even our own) attention, we politely said that we really didn’t like the dish and would like to just send it back. We asked for an extra plate so I could just have some of the others rather than waiting for another dish(at this point, the service was so unbareably slow that we had been there for 45 minutes). To at least give them some credit, the others all got eggplant parm which was good. I don’t know who’s ego we hurt, but from the moment we sent the dish back, no one in the restaurant would come to our table(and it was a Monday night and there was only one other table in the restaurant). In fact, our waitress sat at a table directly in my eye sight, and stared me down for the rest of the night as she ate a plate of food. Our drinks sat empty, the extra plate was never delivered, no one came to check on the others to see how their entrees were, and then to add salt to the wound, they FINALLY dropped the check and the girl mentioned that they took the entrée off, but she had it early in the day and it tasted fine. Then no one would come pick up the check as it sat with the credit card hanging out of it. And yes, the whole time, our waitress was staring at us from the table she was sitting at, while the other staff had social hour with her. Needless to say, I will never go back here and will be surprised if this restaurant lasts another year.

We love Pasquini’s and are thrilled there’s one so close to the Ranch! I love their calzones and desserts. They also have amazing salads and they let kids play with dough while you wait which is nice. My calzones always take a while but they’re always made right then, just for me, and always cooked perfectly. We have fallen in love with Dom, the waitress. She is always happy, energetic, and brightens even the gloomiest day. If you are a chocolate lover, you MUST try the chocolate candle. It is chocolate perfection!

Three stars because the food is good…1 star for the service so I split the rating and gave them a 2. There are a lot of kids here, which I like but with that being said, there are often large parties that management doesn’t account for and staff for. I hope they read this, it seems to be a common complaint and they will go out of business soon if they don’t listen to their customers!

It isn’t that the food is bad, it isn’t spectacular, but it isn’t the reason they get one star. The service is sooooo slow… we’ve been here several times, thinking the next time has to be better than the last time, but, it never is, and we’ll never go back. On Tuesdays, it is Kids Eat Free night. «Great» we thought, a place that is urging families to come eat there has to know how to provide a good dinner service for families. When you have kids/toddlers with you, you pretty much want to be in and out as quickly as possible. Once we were seated, the waitress brought drinks and asked if we needed«a minute» to look over the menu, which we did, but, we didn’t need 10 minutes…(Oh, on a side note about the drinks, when you have«kids eat free» and a 20 month old toddler is at the table, handing him a water with no lid really isn’t the best idea… you think they’d have lids…) The more time you are sitting at the table with nothing to do, the more bored children get and the more awnry they get. So finally, after ten minutes of waiting to take our order, we ordered a sandwich, a kid’s pizza, kid’s spaghetti, and a calzone… At that point, I look over to the table next to us and saw their food hadn’t arrived… at first i thought they were finishing up their dinner because it looked as if they had been there a long time… they had been there a long time… waiting for their food… so I pretty much knew we’d be there way too long… it took probably 30 minutes for our food to arrive. Ugh… The place was fairly empty, and it was pretty early. There were a few other families with kids, all kind of in the same boat, they were there way too long waiting and waiting for dinner to arrive… So, if you want a slow service and have lots of time, go for it, but, probably not on a Tuesday since the awnry children will probably be throwing marinara sauce from the breadsticks across the room as the wait and wait and wait for their plain noodles to arrive…

I have heard so many good things about this place so I was really disappointed when we went. I have only heard that the sauce is great, but I beg to differ. I hope it was a bad night for the sauce, but both the sauce on our pizza and the marinara we got with our appetizer was awful. I might try it again, but I am afraid to(we ordered a large pizza and literally ate 2 slices it was so bad), maybe in a few months. The service was good though, very friendly.

Pasquini’s was the closest pizza restaurant offering gluten free pizza, so their Park Meadows location was the choice destination. It’s been interesting dining with someone with what I consider many dietary restrictions, but not everyone has an iron gut. The first thing I’d comment on is $ 2.95 markup for a 10″ gluten free pizza. This seems like a lot, but perhaps this is the norm. It must be tough on the wallet to customize a gluten-free pizza when you must ignore most offered specialty pizzas due to being mostly vegetarian and dairy(cow) free. We were given garlic breadsticks with marinara sauce. These were a bit dry, but had some mild Italian seasoning. I would have preferred more garlic sauce so I could have moistened the bread and gotten more garlic flavor. The marinara sauce was good, but didn’t soften the bread. We had two pizza orders — one, a customized gluten-free 10″ pizza(8.95+2.95) with $ 1.25−1.95 add-ons and two, a half and half of Sausage Ricotta and Chicken Pine Nut. I really enjoyed the flavors on the second pizza. They do a good job at getting their ingredients to stand out individually on the pizza. They certainly do not skimp with the garlic cloves. The gluten free pizza was mostly enjoyed, though they didn’t do well with the«light goat cheese» request. There was a pile of unwanted goat cheese remaining at dinner’s end.

Unfortunately the last few times I have visited this location their service has been lack luster — mind you that both were during a Sunday evening. I recommend going during lunch. They have a pretty decent lunch buffet.

I went for the lunch buffet and not only was it reasonably priced, but the salad options were good and the meatballs(huge) in marinara were awesome. I also tried the white chicken jalepeno pizza which was great. 5 of us ate and had sodas for $ 60 tax and tip included. What a deal for lunch!

I have tried Pasquinis on two different occasions now, and I have to agree with many of the other reviews here. We arrived on a Tuesday, which I guess, also happens to be «kids eat free» night. Serveral families eating in the main area with — unfortunately– kids running around everywhere.(No wonder we Highlands Ranch /Lone tree families get such a bad rap about our children’s behavior!) Our pasta and kid pizza experience lasted well over an hour — and it was not due to our choosing. Service seemed to take way too long. How long does it take to pour a few drinks and bring out burned breadsticks? … About 15 mins… How long does it take to toss some pasta and make kids pizzas? Over 30 mins… Like another reviewer — I would MUCH rather go to Bill’s on County Line than come back here again. Oh ! and they have an old school dessert case right as you walk in… Really, they need to take the time to put fresher looking choices in there, or do nothing al all. Its gross.

This Pasquini’s location is infuriating because it could be a decent, locally owned red sauce joint. However, it suffers from a problem many other restaurants and bars in this area suffer from; obnoxious, unsupervised children. The staff at this location is great. They’re always friendly and attentive. The food is good. However, when you’re trying to hang out in the bar and children are running around yelling and screaming it tends to kill the atmosphere. Maybe they should build a real wall behind the booths in the bar to close that area off to the little monsters, er… I mean beautiful children Or, if I were in charge, I would instruct the staff to discipline the out of control kids and politely ask the parents to get their act together and supervise their children properly. There is an increasing number of people in this area that would enjoy an environment where adults can eat, drink and socialize without being overrun by kids. Pasquini’s could be that place, unfortunately it is not.

We have strong romantic attachments to the Uptown, Broadway, and even CCN locations. So we were really excited when they moved in so close to us here in Centennial. But the painfully slow and inattentive service we received there Saturday night, for food that isn’t good enough to offset shortcomings… it just isn’t worth it. We might do take out again, but money is too hard earned to go back and dine in. Not when there are other places doing a better job.

Food: It’s okay. The salads are mostly lettuce and the pizza isn’t the best you can find, but it’s not bad either. The free breadsticks at the beginning are tasty(as long as you don’t mind using up your monthly allotment of butter in one sitting). Service: We’ve had really friendly servers on all four of our trips. It hasn’t always been the fastest, but good personality can cover for that to some extent. Why 4 stars? Basically it’s great for families. Kids eat free on Tuesday. They let kids color pictures to hang on the walls. They bring pizza dough for the kids to play with. On the children’s menu there’s an option to make your own pizza. The food’s way better than Chuck E Cheese or McDonald’s and our kids are happy.

Don’t go. My GF ad I went recently and it was a nightmare. First, I ordered a beer and was told the taps were frozen so I’d have to wait. Beer came out about ten minutes later. I finished and ordered a second but was told it was 3 minutes past happy hour. I guess they forgot I had to wait for the first one. Now the food. We ordered a pizza and waited and waited. The waitress came and said they were running behind due to a big party. This was a Friday night, I guess they are never busy. After another 15 minutes a manager? came out and said they lost our order and the meal would be free. We said fine, asked for the pizza to go, waited 15 more minutes, got the pie and left. Two stars for the free meal and beers. However, an hour of my life I can’t get back.

The cheapest gluten free pizza we have ever seen from a restaurant! Be sure to go to the restaurant during happy hour. Pizzas are only $ 5.00, and $ 6.00 or $ 7.00 for a gluten free pizza! The pizzas themselves aren’t anything very special. They DO taste good, and the gluten free crust is pretty good. One of gluten free pizzas we ordered was flat like you’d expect and the other had a crust so thick and fluffy that we had to ask the chef if it was in fact gluten free. They confirmed it was, and we haven’t gotten sick from eating there hours later. Despite having some creative toppings like ricotta and goats cheese the pizzas taste sort of bland. There is just something missing to take the flavor over the top. Otherwise its really good value for the money.

Large pizzeria at Quebec &C470 with decent food that is missing enthusiastic friendly service. Frequently go to Pasquini’s because they have pretty good food, reasonable prices, and I love the complimentary homemade bread sticks served with garlic butter. Unfortunately some of the staff seems indifferent about working. Many of the same faces have been there a while so not sure what is going on. Also, if you don’t want to deal with loud children request a seat in the bar and avoid the family friendly dining room. The bar also has several HDTVs to look at. They offer a rather generous all-you-can-eat lunch buffet that usually includes salad, pasta, meatballs, lasagna, sauces, pizzas, and dessert for $ 8.99, drinks sold separately. The buffet is a great value! My wife says the gluten free pizza crust and fettuccini are both really good. The gluten free menu is pretty large

Ok, I’m back in a decent relationship with Pasquini’s. The manager read my previous review and was nice enough to send a $ 25 gift card my way to re-coop my previous experience. So, I went for the pizza this time and was pleasantly surprise! They have gluten-free crust options, which my lady friend needed desperately. The ingredients were fresh and the service was friendly and fast. Pasquini’s: you have redeemed yourself! With management like this accepting a fatal error and making right, I’ll be back for pizza anytime!

I’d really like to give this place 3.5 stars but since that’s not an option, 3 it is. Here’s why: Positives: 1. If you have kids this place is family friendly. 2. Service is good and the staff is friendly. 3. The food is good and they give you unlimited breadsticks with marinara sauce. They also offer white pizzas with olive oil and garlic as well as the traditional tomato sauce. 4. Cute bar area that’s more Johnny Rockets than Italian restaurant. 5. Reasonably priced. We have 4 adults and 2 kids. With several beers, dessert and food, the total was still under $ 80. Negatives: 1. The mismatched plates might have been designed to be «cool» but make me think of thrift stores and garage sales, and wondering where those plates have been can quell an appetite. 2. This place can get loud so if you’re looking for a quiet romantic dinner this probably isn’t the spot for you.
