Been sitting on the patio for over an hour with no food or drink. Not even water. It is «happy hour», and there are just three tables. These people don’t want to make money?

I was here for HH yesterday. The place was empty. The staff was rude when we asked them why it was taking so long(about 12 min from when we ordered). Drinks finally came with no apology or anything. One of our guests ordered an app and it was very greasy. We left and went over the LTB — the food there from a truck was way better. Never go here unless you want bad food and a rude hostess.

Service was less than desirable. Wait staff had attitude when we would ask for something, it made it seem like our fault. Let a customer drive who shouldn’t have because of medical reasons that they were aware of, until we stopped him from driving.

Still happy overall with Brothers. Still has great happy hour. A good patio. Amazing Wisconsin cheese curds(trust me these are worth it). They usually have solid service and although not everything on the menu is good(the poutine is not good) the majority of the food is tasty bar food. Affordable prices and good drink specials.

The other reviews on here surprise me. It’s a typical bar and grill with an amazing patio. I’ve been to this place twice and both times they were pretty good. The first time was with my grandpa who is from Wisconsin(and turns out the chain is headquartered in Wisconsin) and the manager gave us a percentage off the bill — which was very kind and unexpected. The second time it was louder but the food was just as good. The cheese curds are my personal favorite, by far the best cheese curds I have found in Colorado so far.

I have to pretty much echo many other comments; the service was slow but friendly, and the first beer I ordered was sold out. However the food is good and if you follow the specials it can be a decent value. Good patio as well.

Ok, this is the last time I go here. I have visited 3 times in the last 2 months and every time I have had horrible service. I love the location and patio so keep trying to give them a chance but tonight was the last straw. They simply can’t figure out how to provide decent service. 3 strikes and your out. I left and spent my $$ across the street at Lodo’s. I had a waiter who actually stopped by to take my order and everything. My bar was pretty low after Brother’s visit. Too bad.

Came here for lunch with my Gramps, we had nice, friendly service. Wasn’t to crowed for noon on an weekday. Food was pretty delicious. Had Cheese curds to start. Very good! Will be back.

A group of us got together here after work on a Thursday. They have an excellent atmosphere, excellent food, excellent service. The server was very attentive and the food was great. We went during happy hour and the drinks were extremely cheap. We had multiple appetizers and enjoyed everything. I definitely recommend for a small or large group of people. I will definitely be having my events here from now on.

With a name that includes«Bar» and«Grill», one must not expect too much. It serves the«I want a beer and some food crowd», and not the«Hey, I want fantastic food and I think I might have a beer.» With that being said, I really liked it. I had cheese curds and fried pickles, which were both really yummy and then to balance it out, a salad with apples(not sure what it is called). The wait staff was friendly and helpful. We had a larger group of seven and everyone seemed to enjoy the food. I am not a snobby, stuck up I-want-fancy-food person; just give me food that is hot and tasteful(or cold and tasteful, if it is supposed to be cold), don’t make me wait an hour to get it and check on me a couple of times, and I am all good.

I brought a group of 12 for a meetup event just before Christmas. It was empty just 4 people at the bar and a few scattered at tables The first three beers I tried to order were not on tap(SOLDOUT?) Finally settled for a FatTire. The manager was really rude when she came over to talk to us. She must own the bar. As I left the manager and two hostess were at the front desk where they store the overflowing trash can, and as I left the hostess said«bu bye» like the Saturday Night sketch. I turned and looked but didn’t respond because I’m an adult. I called the head manager the next day and even though the front hostess stated he was in I never received a call back. I didn’t order any food so I can’t comment on that. A few others in our group did and as far as I know no one barfed.

I have visited Brothers many times as I enjoy the outdoor seating and the beautiful view, but it ends there. Service outside is usually average, but service inside is awful and slow. My drink stays empty for at least 10 minutes each visit before I am able to locate the server to ask for another. Maybe this is their standard procedure? Their extensive beer list is usually half available and if there are multiple drinks in similar color the server is usually confused on which beer is which. The worst part is Brothers’ Management. I have«complained» about the servers’ ability to get my order correct(food or beer) and not being able to find them when needed(not anywhere in the area). The arrogant attitude of the«managers» who appear inexperienced in handling negative situations or understanding good customer service is extremely disappointing. Unfortunately the worst are the female«managers.» I have also witnessed these same«managers» acting completely rude to other customers; one named«Casey» telling a larger group to never come back to the restaurant. Yikes!!! After that display, I’m sure there are plenty of other restaurants in the area who show more appreciation to their customers. I know I won’t be going back.

I really like this place. The fire pit is great. Outside seating is really comfortable. Love the new menu items and variety of choices.

The weather was great and the bar is all open and you can see outside and feel a nice breeze. There are lots of big screen TVs so you can see one easily. Lots of beer choices and the service is also great. The appetizers are great too. The bar has a very nice atmosphere inside. We didn’t want to leave. Thanks Brothers. We will return when we are back in your area.

Don’t think I’ve been at an establishment where servers could care less about their job… Seriously lazy. Arrived at 1145ish an and went upstairs . First sign that they probably aren’t great is how dress they are on a football Sunday. Didn’t see a waitress so ordered drinks at the bar. The bar table we sat was visibly DIRTY. After my husband ordered drinks a server emerged from the back(who had been standing behind the service well the whole time) and tried to take an order. I explained we ordered from the bar… she kinda scowled in the bartenders direction… Highly doubt it’s his fault for actually providing service. What we found incredibly amusing though was the table tent on the ground that THREE servers intentionally walked around but didn’t pick it up. Wow! Or the nasty dirty rash just sitting at the host desk. I particularly enjoyed the waitress whose shorts were so short you could see her cheeks hanging out the bottom… isn’t this a «family friendly» establishment? I wouldn’t want my children or husband for that matter to see that. After we finished or first round… our glasses were for Emory for twelve… yes 12 minutes and neither the bartender or three servers that REPEATEDLY walked past us offered another or even acknowledged us… to clarify there were two people at the bar and two other tables were sat in the entire upstairs… Just wow! No wonder it’s empty

Four of us came here a couple weeks ago because we wanted to watch an MMA match and they had it without a cover. We originally sat downstairs in the bar area and had drinks and food. They have some good options for sandwiches and wraps, and for the most part it’s your standard pub grub fare. They boast a huge beer list. Our server was young, very friendly, and very fast, and the first part of the evening down here was great. We closed out our tab and decided to go upstairs to the patio. The experience was night and day. Upstairs we were told to seat ourselves, but no one came to our table. Three different waitresses walked past us several times and they noticed us. I finally stopped one of them and asked for service. She seemed very annoyed and said it wasn’t her table, but would look for someone. She eventually came back even more annoyed and apparently had been told to take us. We ordered one round then decided to leave. The first and last part of the excursion were so polar opposite that it’s hard to decide the rating. I’ll be fair and give three stars but if I could break it up I’d give one for upstairs and 4 for downstairs.

Brothers is a great location for us. They have a great happy hour from 3pm till 7pm! Food is good, service great, and perfect place to hang out with friends! I’m glad they came to the Highlands Ranch area… better than Lodo ‘s across the street!
