Cozy Nails is a small husband/wife business. I have been using their services for pedicures and shellac nails for almost a year. I am completely pleased with the service. Both Nancy and Tony do excellent work with great attention to detail. I highly recommend their services. You do have to plan ahead and make appointments, on the other hand, you never have to wait. They are always on time which I appreciate. I really do not understand some of the other reviews which do not represent my experience at all.

If I could give no stars I would. This place have me fungus under my nails and Ian having a very hard time getting rid of it. Those that say this is a great place, notice that they use the same instruments on each client. It is almost impossible to get rid of once you have it.

I just went to Cozy Nails for the first time this past Saturday afternoon. I’ve tried to get in before, but they have long standing clients so if makes it difficult to get in last minute!(Which in itself says a lot about the quality.) The price was comparable to any independent nail salon.$ 30 for a shellac manicure. I’m not exaggerating by saying it was by far the best shellac manicure I’ve ever had. Tony was incredibly meticulous, and gentle when grooming my cuticles. They look absolutely perfect without being gouged or under groomed! Their shellac polish selection is more limited than many salons I’ve visited. But Tony explained that they toss colors that are streaky and aren’t absolutely beautiful. I 100% appreciate that, because who likes to have a awful shellac color on their nails for 2+ weeks? Tony even took the time to put a silk wrap on one of my nails that consistently breaks. No other salon has ever offered to go the extra mile to prevent my nail from splitting. I will continue to patronize Cozy Nails for as long as Tony and Nancy are in business. I’ll be more than happy to plan a few days in advance in order to book my appointment!

The lady who gave me my pedicure poked around in my cuticle bed to the point that my big toes were bleeding. Despite that she was drawing blood and clearly causing me pain, she continued to pull at my cuticles. I have a high pain tolerance. The water for my pedicure was scalding(I usually like for the water to be on the verge of hot). I cannot say that this was a pleasant experience, I will not be returning.

Nancy was wonderful! I’m so happy to find a salon that isn’t a chop shop. She did a great pedi with attention to detail — much appreciated. I def won’t be going anywhere else, and BONUS, it’s a half mile from home. Yay! The only tiny little con I can see so far is there are only two techs, they get booked up(good sign), so you have to plan ahead and make an appt. Worth it…

Tony… you are amazing. You always take the time to make my nails look perfect. They are never thick, bumpy or over filed. You are always on time too! I love that! Thank you again for your excellent service. I’ll see you next week.

This is a great little nail salon, quality work and reasonable prices. Unfortunately, my regular nail salon has disappointed me the last couple of times. They have become very popular and because of that, they try to get you in and out the door very quickly, often doing a very poor job on my hands and feet. So, since Cozy nails was near my work, I dropped in for a manicure. This is a really small place next door to Dewey’s. I was a walk in, and luckily they had time for my manicure with no wait. The technician did a quality job. I didn’t feel like she was cutting corners or rushing to make her next appointment. The true test was that my manicure made it through labor day weekend in Las Vegas! Very nice. These guys are a couple bucks more than my regular spot for a manicure($ 13 as I recall) and I think their pedicures were $ 20. I would definitely consider making a reservation, because as I mentioned, the place is very small(only 3 technicians on when I was there). This is a good, quality spot and I will definitely consider returning.
