BEWARE! I went into the store on 7÷20÷15 because I was having issues with my Samsung S5. The Rep, Glenda, said for me to get into an S6 I would have to do a lease and there would be a $ 20 per month lease charge. I told her I was NOT interested in a lease or a fee. She said«Oh you have a promo for a free HTC One M9.» Okay, so she switched everything into the new HTC and I left the store. I did not read or sign anything. I checked my Sprint account a week later and I was put into a lease! They did apply a $ 20 credit to offset the lease fee, but I opened the PDF of the lease agreement and contract, and the Rep, had forged our account holder’s initials in the boxes(that I would have initialed) and there was a squiggle line in the signature! I did not read or sign ANY contract. This is FRAUD! Stay away from this place!

The guy helping me was ok not very friendly but he did his job… however the other two guys working were very unprofessional and rude. Got to stand there and hear one talking to his«bros» and«dude» on his phone and then when he wanted to mask his conversation he blasted the music in the store. The other guy was texting his girlfriend and interrupting the guy helping me to show the pictures she sent. Won’t be back.

Terrible service. Rico was less then pleasant. My boyfriend and I were ready to buy two new iPhones and he could have cared less to help us or explain anything… Sucks because we walked right over to AT&T and meet someone who wanted to help us. I use to like sprint but when walking into the store in highlands ranch today with all the bro’s playing on their phones and eating snacks it was obvious we were last on their list of priorities. Guess everything happens for a reason… So happy to be with AT&T and have a new phone and great service :)
