While a long line at drive thru is quick, Time after time, the breakfast order is handed out the window still frozen on the inside, a coffee with milk order is luke warm and sugar added. I will keep driving to another alternative.

This might be one of the best Starbucks locations I have visited. Plenty of tables inside and outside or has a drive thru if you are in a hurry. They had 7 people working at 1 pm on a Sunday.

Starbucks is ok. Three stars for convenience but their food selection is small and pricey. However they do have free wifi and power outlets available for customers which is something most businesses don’t have.

Good location! Friendly, perky, highly caffeinated, staff are a lot of fun. They get it done and get you on your way fast, you can’t beat that.

Busy location, always a drive thru line so be prepared to wait. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is like any other starbucks– clean and smells like fresh coffee!

I was so ready to rate this 2 stars because of the long line in the drive thru(which isn’t anything new, but still frustrating). But then, I got up to the window, and the guy in line before me had paid for my order! That has literally never happened to me in my entire life. So I guess I’m rating that guy 5 stars, and Starbucks 2 stars, so it’s 4 stars for the overall experience. I may be over-thinking a Starbucks review here…

Lousy Service. Way too long for help!!! 6 employees behind the counter. The line I was in was standing in was watching all of them talk and laugh… It doesn’t take 6 employees to run the drive through. Terrible service, and on top of it the person that helped me didn’t say hi, bye, thank you, nothing… Just, what can I get for you… he hands me the coffee and takes the next order. They need customer training again!!!

Ordered a chai latte and coffee cake in the drive-through. The chai was fine, however the coffee cake was seriously stale. I thought I’d need a knife to break through the outer crust. Of course I wasn’t going to turn around and go back to complain as I didn’t have the time for a $ 2 piece of pastry. The conspiracy theorist in me is convinced drive-throughs give you the leftovers/rejects as they know you aren’t likely to come back. I propose there should be a «treble damages» for all drive-through establishments. If they screw up the order, or provide day old coffee cake, they are required to pay triple reimbursement for the inconvenience.
