Umm… I lived in Victorian Village for over 20 years. So the bike shop on 5th ave in Grandview was my go to. Now living in Hilliard I have been to this one about three times. The guy there is like talking to a brick wall. Not very friendly. Not sure how they are still open. I am a week ender, not a «real» biker. So my bike is only a $ 400-$ 500 bike nothing special. Sure I can go 5 – 10 miles not 40 at one time. I would take them to Florida and ride them around and to the beach and so forth(so I can park anywhere). My point is that since I am not a cross country cyclist, do not have road bikes. I must not be important. I have had them tune up my bike once and my wifes. He was not helpful in modifying my bike at all to make it more comfortable for me.(I went to Sawmill Rd bike shop for that-just north of Bethel They were great!!) I wanted Action Cycle Worx to replace the tubes and tires on my bike before going on vacation. When I picked it up he replace the tubes but said the tires were fine. Uhh I new they were pretty well worn out. Ok so I’m like 15 hours away from Hilliard get my and my wifes bike out and one of my tires is flat. Great. I stop in the local bike shop to have them check it out. Turns out Action Cycle Worx did not clean off the rims on my bike at all before putting on the new tubes — I watched this guy do it(that’s how my tube went flat). Also I bought 2 new tires because mine were old and worn out like I new they were. The out of town bike shop was great !! I will never go back to Action Cycle Worx!!! There are way to many bike shops in Columbus to waste my time at this one.

Had my bike tuned up here last week. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back if I need anymore work performed.

Nice little Bike shop in Hilliard. I needed a new tire and tube, which set me back %30 or so. He put it on while I picked up my daughter from the babysitter. Great service, super friendly guy behind the counter. It cost around $ 50 to get a full tune-up. I don’t know the going rate since I am just trying to start biking. They have a lot of bikes there which can make it seem confusing. A lot of bikes in a little space makes it hard to browse the bike selection. I didn’t really look at the prices but the guy will answer any question.
