I like the pizza, but the delivery service is terrible. They’ve taken twice as long to deliver as they promised the last two times we have ordered.

I’ve ordered pizza from this location several times. The big attraction here is that it is relatively close to where I live, so it’s a short jaunt over to pick up the pizza. I’ve ordered pizza here twice in the last month and both times, the order has been messed up. The time before last, my wife ordered a pizza, and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. She showed up exactly 15 minutes later only to be told it would «be ready in another 5 minutes.» Long story short, she waited an additional 10 minutes whereupon she walked back in to ask about the status of the pizza. Their reaction was, «Umm, we forgot to put it on. We haven’t even cooked it.» Their reaction was basically the standard I-don’t-give-a-damn-leave-me-alone reaction typical of employees who don’t care.
Based on that experience, they gave us a free credit for a pizza. So… we order another pizza (yep, big mistake) and we show up on time and, of course, the pizza still isn’t done, and they gave us the wrong type. When we told the manager that it was the wrong type, the reaction was, «You’ll have to wait another 20 minutes for us to make another pizza.» No apology. No empathy regarding the chronic poor service. Just a general poor and rude demeanor from the employees.
Needless to say, I will never go back here again. The pizza has always been good but I can get simply «good» pizza elsewhere such as Poppa John’s or somewhere else down the street. I won’t waste any more of my time dealing with the employees at this location. My advice: go to another Donatos location instead.

For a casual pizza joint, this Donatos does a great job. I usually get delivery, and they are quick and accurate. Once recently there was a very small error on my order and I ended up with a coupon for a free one-​topping pizza! Now that’s great customer service.
They also have a drive up window, which is nice for pick up since you don’t even have to get out of your car.
As for the food, I love Donatos thin crust pizza. My favorites are the The Works and the Mariachi Beef or Chicken.
