Panera is my go to place for quality fast food. This location has always provided me with good service and an enjoyable meal.

Literally the WORST.PANERA.EVER! They are always out of everything! They are at least out of one of the things I’m ordering. It’s really a shame because it’s one of the healthier options in this area. Small portions and prices keep increasing… I’m willing to pay if they get my order right and have the items in their menu. I went through the other day and ordered a noodle/soba bowl that was shown on the menu. They said we discontinued that — then why is it on your menu??? I’ve ordered chocolate chip cookies and they have been raw. I’ve been to other Panera’s that have been OK, but I think with the drive-thru here they think they can get away with terrible service and food since you’ll be driving away without knowing until you get home. Awful. Definitely not a fan.

Accuracy plagues this location. At the drive-thru I ask for 3 bagels just sliced and I get home to find only 2 bagels and they’re toasted. Just the latest in annoying inaccuracies. Formal complaint channels through Panera literally do not respond or care.

I usually enjoy Panera for healthy fast food. However, today Panera failed. $ 10 for tiny half of a sandwich with a strawberry poppy seed dressing salad. Bit into the chicken in the salad and it was frozen. The dressing container barely had a ½ tsp of dressing. Very disappointing!

Got a Caesar salad. I got the crumbs for the croutons, no dressing, and the butt of the lettuce. Just dry and no taste. I got the steak and cheddar panini and my first four bites was bread and slimy onions. Tasted microwaved, no sauce/dressing, bland and tasted disgusting with the onions. Service was slow, the employees constantly complained this evening. The he manager appeared stressed, and over working with sweat constantly dripping from his head while doing the kitchen. Just dissatisfied with this Panera the last few months. Very disappointing and a waste of money. They need real cooks.

I stopped at this Panera location for lunch and ordered a pick two with mac and cheese. Not only did they forget one of my items but the mac and cheese was actually cold! This is not the first time that they do this and their customer service is terrible. I would not recommend it.

The employees seem confused. They don’t get orders right. The supervisors while I was waiting were yelling orders. What a farce. Also, whoever decided to put this little strip of stuff on the Meier parking lot and then putt more just south created a parking lot that is a cut through to the other businesses. Hilliard is full of dumb drivers and last time I was at this Panera some cretin actually sped up as I crossed to my car. Does not get much worse. Avoid this place. If you have better choices, avoid this wretched little corner of Franklin county altogether.

I don’t know why we keep trying this place! I’ve never been through the drive thru without having to repeat parts of my order. Even after correcting their mistakes at the speaker they still get my order wrong! And I’m talking very simple orders, like a medium coffee with sugar in the raw and I get a brown bag with a handful of artificial sweetners!!! Do yourself a favor and go to Tim Hortons up the road for much faster quality service.

This Panera is awful I have gone to the drive though a few times and they take Forever. It wouldn’t be so bad if I couldn’t see them all just standing there talking for 10 min before they even acknowledged I was there. My husband and I decided to go in and eat a few days ago and when we went to get our dranks there were GNATS all over the drank machines. When we said something they said yeah someone should clean that and gave us something to drank from the drive though machines who knows if they were clean or not. I finally got my food and had to ask for a new spoon because the one they gave me was filthy the guy had to look for a clean one. It is no surprise people get sick from the food here. Needless to say we will never be going back to this Panera!

Service is horrible at this location. I routinely have to wait 10 minutes for a carry out you-pick-two. The last time I ate in the store, I had to clean a table before I could sit down. Yesterday I ordered a cobb salad and a Thai chicken flatbread. They forgot the dressing for the salad and the veggies in the flatbread(it’s supposed to have cilantro and cabbage). Last week I ordered a strawberry poppyseed chicken salad and they forgot the chicken. The past two times I’ve stopped after work for breakfast(8:00 am give or take 10 minutes) they’ve been out of souffles.

I was brave tonight and gave this place another shot. I ordered a «Pick 2» with a ham and cheese sandwich(no tomato or onion), broccoli cheddar soup and a baguette. Easy enough, right? Nope… I was feeling optimistic, they weren’t out of bread, good start… you know, for a bakery. It went down from there. I got my food to go and immediately checked my bag, it if course was missing the baguette and my sandwich was topped with onion and tomato. Yuck. I sucked that part up and didn’t mention anything but there was no way I was leaving with out the baguette! My soup was actually warm this time and they weren’t out of bread so I will add another star. 2 stars! The place was still a mess and my order is never correct. Baby steps I suppose!

Like the other reviewers, if I could give less stars, I would. I posted this as a comment on another review, but this is worth the rating too. I don’t usually write businesses to complain but I did for this Panera. I live nearby and was drawn by the drive-thru concept. I am lactose sensitive and I swear, everytime I get my drink from here, I end up having stomach issues, and to think I pay extra for soy milk. Never happens at Starbucks. And yes, half the time, orders are wrong too. Even if the manager responded to my complaint and invited me back, I have boycotted this Panera since.

I have been to this Panera enough to give a review. The food is good, a bit pricey, but good. Staff is friendly to me and helpful. The wait time for your meal isn’t ling even when they are busy. It is clean and tidy inside. Would I go back, yes, would I take a friend, yes once again.

I’m seeing a lot of negative reviews, and I’m not sure why. It seemed like a pretty standard Panera experience, which is a good thing. I got the bacon, turkey bravo, which was great. Service was relatively fast, and there’s a bit of outdoor seating, which was perfect for a day like yesterday. If you aren’t in the Panera Rewards club, get a card for a free dessert just for signing up. You can also earn other perks along the way.

Worst Panera in Columbus. I used to work for Panera and know what to expect. baguettes were stale at 2pm on a Sunday?!? But hey that happens so I decided to give them another shot the following Sunday to only find out they ran out of everything bagels by 10:30 a.m. The staff was friendly. No management on site. Panera needs Jeff Rains back in charge.

Nice location, pretty big, and has a drive thru! I wasn’t a big fan of the service on the day that I went, but I’ve been on good days too. The salads are great, and huge! Perfect stop for lunch when you’re are looking for something on the greener side.

I was very excited about getting a Panera this close to my home. i could walk there but instead I am a lazy American who drives his car there instead. This place has plenty of booths, tables, and group areas with outlets close by. I really enjoy coming here on Saturday/Sunday morning to work and get something done. The free WiFi and free refills is wonderful. Sometimes the café workers need to be a little more diligent here on refilling the coffee or keeping fresh coffee on time. I have seen the Dark Roast stay empty for too long or even seen them keep it there for a little too long without a fresh pot. The other day they burned their Cinnamon Crunch bagels and served them. But most times I have been pleased. They just need to work on consistency. This place has to be doing well because it seems be full for lunch and by 10AM is starting to fill up. I wish I had a phone that I could check-in here on Unilocal because I would have close to double digits(one negative about Windows phone).
