National donut day Tim hortons no longer gives freebies but did advertise a link to a coupon for 2.99 for 6 donuts. After placing my order I pull up to pay and am told my coupon needs to be printed although that is not indicated on the coupon anywhere. The coupon even contains a PLU code to be entered in the register. I was still told they would not accept it. I think from a customer service perspective day this is unacceptable. I was told it was by the owners request. I am assuming this location is a franchise and I will not be returning.

I am a Tim Hortons fan and I usually enjoy their coffee. At this location, the coffee tastes funny and no combination of cream or sugar ever tastes the same. Its confusing and they are so inconsistent it makes you want to taste your coffee before driving off. I was half way to work once before tasting my coffee and it impacted my whole day. Beware of this location…

Can I just say that I love Tim Horton’s and am so jealous that they are EVERYWHERE in Ohio?! But seriously, if you’ve never experienced Tim Horton’s, it is essentially the fancier version of Dunkin Donuts. I say fancier because the building design and kitchen appear cleaner and more organized. Also, Tim Horton’s offers a wider selection of donut holes, with flavors as delicious as birthday cake. This location in particular has a Cold Stone’s built into it, which is fascinating; however, seeing as I was there at 8:30am I wasn’t about to order an ice cream treat along with my coffee. My tip for anyone who visits Tim Horton’s is this – order the english toffee cappuccino right away and don’t waste time with any regular coffee drinks. You will thank me later!

Why oh why do I torture myself by going to Tim Hortons? Their food is awful, service is awful, everything about this place is downright awful. 100% of the time my order is wrong at this place. Regardless of what I order, it tastes just awful. I’d rather skip breakfast than eat here. I started going to this location because the one on Roberts Rd is even worse. Tim Hortons, please close all of your restaurants. I went inside today only to be ignored for awhile. The cashier didn’t know the menu or how to use the register. The manager was talking with another employee by the drive thru leaving the clueless cashier hanging. It’s nice ordering a COLD drink and being handed a HOT beverage. Never in a million years will I go back to a Tim Hortons. NEVER.

They have a cold stone creamery sign lit up, yet say they don’t serve ice cream past 10pm. LAME. Don’t tantalize me with what I want and then not serve it. Fuck you, corporate America and Canada.

Thrilled to find a Tim Horton’s south of the border! I like their donuts better than Dunkin and they have a great selection of teas(I don’t like coffee) peppermint and honey-lemon are my two favorites. Their sandwich rolls are awesome and I like getting their white sandwich rolls toasted with butter. Yum! I also recommend their«turkey club sandwich, on white, not toasted, no sauce»

Extremely disappointed with entire order received via the drive thru on Wednesday, January 7 around 5:30 pm. Ordered 2 Siera Mists(pop had to be thrown away because the c/o tank needed changed and apparently no one at the location had a clue), the chicken ‘noodle’ soup had approximately 5 noodles in both of the large containers. Thanks for the broth! The grilled cheese panini and the multi grain turkey panini were inedible. The turkey sandwich had ONE slice of thin deli turkey on it and the bread was a far cry from being prepared like a panini should be. The bottom of the sandwich wasn’t exposed to the panini maker, but merely grilled on a flat surface. The bread was(for lack of a better word) mushy. I will never eat at any Tim Horton’s again. I paid almost $ 17 for food and drink only to have to throw it away.

You’re average Timmy’s situated in an area smothered by chains. I’d go here over Starbucks any day. It’s more affordable, quicker and the pastry selection is much better. Swing by for coffee, tea, bagels or pastries and you’ll leave happy.

There is a good reason Unilocal reviewers have only given this location 1 ½ stars… it is worth the extra few minutes to visit either of the other locations on Roberts Rd instead… the management of this location is the worst… ran through the drive-through for 2 medium pumpkin lattes… the greeter was extremely unenthusiastic — could have cared less about the customer… the lattes were a joke… tasted like lukewarm coffee with too much skim milk and NOPUMPKIN taste that I paid $ 3.50 a cup for… after picking up my daughter to take her to work, I took them back, un drank, to the inside to ask for my money back… besides the staff being completely unaware what to say to me… after a couple of minutes(and only one person at the register and several people in line behind me) I heard them saying, ‘I can smell pumpkin in them!”… then sending the poor(un-trained) girl back to me to tell me they can remake them but that they all smell pumpkin in them … then hearing the apparent manager(use that word loosely) say ‘we can smell pumpkin in them but go ahead offer her money back’… AREYOUKIDDINGME? So basically — «lady you are crazy, or lying. but I guess we’ll give you your money back»… is what they might have well said. I will NEVER go to this location again. If Tim Horton’s cared about their employees and customers like many many other drive through locations do around here they would find out who was the manager on Tuesday Sept. 23rd at 9 a.m. and re-train or out right fire them. Goodbye and good riddance. And Unilocal, you need to add a less than 1 star choice for super crappy reviews!

I’ve been Jonesing for Tim Horton’s ever since discovering them on a trip 2 years ago. I finally found myself on a road trip and this place was along my route — yay?. I wish I had looked at the Unilocal reviews before stopping because I would have put down some more miles if I knew how disappointing this place would turn out to be. Parked next to a cop car — always a good sign at a donut shop! Not this time… Bagel and a Timmy bite. Bagel was poorly sliced, improperly toasted and a mess. The Timmy bite was a tad stale. The comments about lousy staff are spot-on. I waited 5 minutes while one girl worked on the order in front of mine and the other employees hid in the back. One of them got too close to me and had to take my order as a result. She gave me a little bit of attitude then promptly made a mess of my bagel. There are too many fish in the sea to come back to this location again on the way home!

The people who work here never seem to want to be here. I guess find another job? Easier said than done, I know, but c’mon. A coffee shop is heavy on customer service and interactions with people(I was a barista), so I know you need to ATLEAST smile. Quality of the food varies. Doughnuts are fresh most times. I try to avoid Timmy Hos coffee because there’s no variety, like in the kind of milk I can get(I am lactose sensitive). There was one time I ordered a mocha through the drive-thru, and I knew I cannot get soy milk so I just asked to get it without whipped cream, and yep, my cup was almost a quarter full of whipped cream. Yippee.

They do have descent coffee, better than McDonalds but that is about it. Doughnuts aren’t very good and taste like they came out of a plastic bag. The cold stone creamery is a reduced menu and forget about trying to order anything through the drive through. Horrible customer service as referenced in the other review. Go to chick fil a or the new Panera and you will be much happier.

This is now one of the Tim Hortons/Coldstone Creamery combo locations, so we stopped by to pick up some ice cream. The location is nicely situated amongst the variety of restaurants and stores on Hilliard Rome. It should be even better once the road construction is done — although there is access from the internal road if you are already over there. There is a nice-sized seating area, WiFi, plenty of parking, and a drive-through. The counter is large and has a number of screens highlighting the menu items. Our ice cream was quite good — I went for the Berry Berry Berry Good, while my husband had the Peanut Butter Cup Perfection, both from the Signature Creations list. In addition to the variety of ice creams and sorbets Coldstone offers, they have also recently added some good-looking frozen yogurts. As previous reviewers have mentioned, the only drawback to this location is that the service is not the best.

Great ice cream. Grumpy girls working here. Wish we would have just went to Giant Eagle and bought some. If some people hate going to work then just stay home so you don’t rouen it for the rest of us.

I’m not a big fan of their coffee, but if you’re in the mood for a hot caffeinated beverage but don’t want to drive all the way to Starbucks, the americanos are good here. Of course the pastries are excellent as well.

The Cold Stone Creamery they have here is the best I’ve ever tasted. I will go back for ice cream sometimes but that’s the only thing that gets me anywhere near this nightmare. I’ve never left this place and not been pissed off at the service. One time we went there and waited 15 minutes at the drive thru window with no word from the person inside to let us know she was ever going to come. That was after we pulled up to the menu and she told us we could order whatever we wanted but then told us we couldn’t have the first THREE things we ordered because they were out of everything. Then when she finally told us what we could have, we had to tell her each thing three times seperately. It took us as long to order as it did to wait. Then when we got the ice cream, two of them were melted and the order was wrong. Then another time my girlfriend went out to get ice cream there. When she came back, two of the three were fine, but mine was soup. It was completely melted. Most recently we went to the drive thru to get three ice creams. We were told we were only allowed to get two through the drive thru. I asked why three times and the person just kept repeating herself saying we could only get two, like a robot cop. So we ended up having to order two, then drive a lap around the building and order the third. What the hell kind of mindless ignorant zombie in a suit who has never worked a single day in a Tim Hortons yet now runs it thought of this brilliant policy? Has anyone reading this review ever heard of something so incredibly stupid in customer service? This place is laughably horrendous in its service. The food and value of its prices isn’t much better. It’s a role model to business students wanting to learn what not to do.
