Called early in the week to order an ice cream cake. I went with a larger size so I could have the choice of chocolate peanut butter ice cream with white cake. Picked it up on Saturday on the way to the Bday party. Cut into the cake and NO chocolate peanut butter ice cream. What we got was some vanilla heath type ice cream. I paid alot and ordered early to get what the Bday boy wanted. Disappointing. I will go to Cold Stone next time. Service was slow as the owner was visiting with another patron.

I love the location and I love their customer service. They’re kind and patient and since I’m so indecisive that really works well for me.
I have been going to different Baskin Robins since I was a young child and they’ve always been consistently good. Every location that I’ve been to always has great employees and of course GREAT ice cream… Oh and I really like their strawberry banana smoothie!
I like that this location is connected to Fred Myers, because I can shop, pickup a smoothie and go home OR pickup a smoothie then shop either way I win!
If you’re near Imbrie drive and have a sweet craving then I would definitely suggest a smoothie… It isn’t as bad as ice cream and I’m sure if you get a small you won’t feel as bad!

The kids behind the counter are always friendly and well spoken. Lots of regular faves to choose from. Not to mention the regular baskin fare, ready made frozen treats, cakes ect. Prices are about what you expect from a normal 31 flavors. It’s always clean, usually plenty of places to sit if you like. We enjoy the place because it’s close and we haven’t had a bad experience here yet. Our kids enjoy everything here. Wife loves banana royals. Everyone has plenty to indulge their sweet tooth.

Huge variety of delicious ice cream and toppings. Kinda spendy though which is the only drawback. They make the best milkshakes though so when I’m craving something sweet and delicious this is the best bet.

Not always the cleanest (floor wise) but ice cream is ice cream. And i think there is a speaker out or something its very annoying.

This is your typical Baskin-​Robbins, situated adjacent to Fred Meyer in the Tanasbourne West shopping center. I’m a fan of this location because during the summer they have Lemon Custard ice cream. It’s what Baskin-​Robbins considers a «regional flavor» and as such, it’s availability is limited. The service is always fast and friendly.
