I moved outside of the city a few months ago. I’m a techie — to the point where a condition of closing on the new house was high speed internet availability. I started my rural life with a competitor of Upward Access — their speeds were 1% of what they promised, they missed every service appointment they scheduled with me after install and didn’t return my phone calls for nearly a month! Upward Access was the exact opposite. I contacted them in the evening when I was frustrated with my then provider after the speeds dropped to an all time unusable low. Upward Access called me early the next morning and was on-site performing their install later that SAMEDAY. From their arrival at the install it’s been top notch and nothing else: Brand new high quality equipment installed out of the box; speeds *exactly* as stated; and unfathomable customer support. Customer service — I haven’t had this quality of customer service from a residential ISP, ever! Phone or email — quick responses, reasonable timeframes for any changes, and more than anything they do what they say they are going to do when they say. no customer service shuffle like the big guys or dropped balls like competitors. I really can’t say enough good things about Upward Access and highly recommend them to anyone in their service area.
