Horrible! Not bad. Not lousy. Not awful. H-​O-​R-​R-​I-​B-​L-​E!!!
I was a colo customer customer for several years. Once you move your servers into a colo facility you are more or less stuck with that decision since relocating elsewhere is typically very painful.
Integra’s reliability was HORRIBLE! Their «customer support» was non-​existent. And even though I paid a premium for a fast connection Integra was never willing/​able to attain anything even close to the speeds I was paying for. That and the fact that Integra nickles and dimes you with extra fees that are NOT part of the contract, the experience with Integra was extremely painful and totally unsatisfactory.
The nature of my business is such that I have to have a fixed, dedicated IP address that never changes. This was made clear to Integra before I signed up and they committed that this would not be a problem for them
So then they decide, for whatever creepy reasons, that they want to move my servers to another location which requires (among other things) an IP address change. So if I have to move and reconfigure my servers anyway, I might was well move them to another ISP, right? Which is exactly what I did!
I have a friend who used to use Integra’s business phone telecomm service and dumped hem because they were so HORRIBLE. So… it wasn’t just me. Pretty much everyone, including most Unilocal reviewers rate Integra as HORRIBLE!

Never consider doing business with Intega Telecom, who by the way has no integrity when it comes to screwing their clients! They are a terrible company and always have been. I regret the day I ever heard of them. ..

Just got off the phone with Brandy the customer service rep. She could not help me with a simple call forward. We had been with this business for 3 years until we could get out of our contract. That was several years ago. We had a credit for 1500.00 that they refused to give us so we have one number call forwarded. And she would not help me because I was not on the contract. NEVER do business with this company. You will regret it.

Wow! Worst company ever! Unilocal needs to add a «0» in their star rating, «1» is way to high for them.
Buyers beware! They slip in a «3 year» contract clause and if you want to switch, they lawyer up.
Their customer service reps are no help either. I called up to change the forwarding number in our account and they charged me $ 25 bucks! Mind you I was paying over $ 900 a month for our business lines and Internet. Every other phone provider will allow you to make the changes yourself.
Do not go with this company. You will regret it.

Intregra — means entire, complete, not fractional. They are not what there name means. They provide very spotty phone service, the Internet service is glitchy, if you need to make changes it will cost you every way. After we got fed up with them and their service we wanted out. Finally a meeting with the reps. They said we had to buy out the entire contract or face the consequences. They were NOT willing to work anything out. If we didn’t play ball they would send us to the «pit bulls» lawyers. So we finished out the contract. They still owe us money but it would cost more to pursue than walk a way. What a bunch of BS.

I’ve been working for a company that uses Integra phones and Internet. Let’s put it this way, I live in the country two hours from Portland and my internet is 110% more reliable and my connection speeds and bandwidth are far superior. The company I am doing work for is in Tigard Nd I am sorry there is no excuse for slow, sluggish Internet.
Luckily I don’t need to use the phones very often, but I can hear executives and employees complaining all day long about strange buzzing sounds, disconnected calls, lost business due to phone line crashes and all sorts of wild stuff.
In pretty sure Integra is running out of a garage somewhere in Portland.

Integra provides phone/​internet service for my business. Our lines went down off and on for about 6 weeks. We spent countless hours on the phone and missed many calls and business opportunities due to this issue. They finally get the problem resolved and tell me they can issue me a $ 50 credit on my account. My bill is almost $ 400 per month and they offer $ 50? I told them that is not ok and they say a manager will call me back. A week later after no call back I call them and get the same answer. Still no call back from a manager. I have never dealt with a worse company in my life and we will cancel our subscription as soon as our contract is up. I don’t know how they stay in business but I will tell everyone I know about this experience.

When I purchased my shop the previous owner had the phones with Integra and the Internet with another provider. I wasn’t pleased with the Internet speed or the cost of using two separate companies so I signed up for an Integra Bundle of both Internet and phone services. Their sales rep assured me they could provide good service at my location and since I’m within 500 yards of I-​5 I figured this would be an accurate statement. It proved to be a very inaccurate statement and after several calls to their customer support and visits by their service technicians I was told the speed I was getting, which was less than ½ of what I signed up for, was the best they could provide. Integra at that time did agree to waive my Internet disconnect fee but insisted I keep their phone service or buy out of it for over $ 2,000. As anyone who has shopped for telecom can attest the best deals come with bundling services so I signed up for a bundle to save money but when the Internet half of my contract could not be provided by Integra they insisted I had to buy out of the phone half. This logic made little sense to me as they only got me to sign a contract for my phone service so it could be bundled with the Internet. I tried to go through their corporate headquarters to find someone who would make a decision using the values their website claims they operate with. I spoke with Monica B. a Client Service Rep III and she insisted she was giving me the final answer and I had to pay the disconnection fee. I did the math and by doing a bundle with my new provider in 24 months I’ll save money even when factoring in Integra’s disconnection fee so I have paid the fee and am moving on.
I would recommend anyone looking for a new Telecom provider to only consider Integra if you know a neighbor has them and they can provide reliable service and in no way would I trust anything their sales reps, customer service employees or the staff at their headquarters tell you. Their own website says «At Integra, we understand our customers need reliable, secure and flexible solutions delivered with unmatched expertise and quality of service. With an unwavering focus on superior customer service, Integra has earned some of the highest customer loyalty and customer satisfaction ratings in the telecommunications industry.» In my experience those are hollow promises because Integra refused to be «flexible» as the service they provided was not «reliable», the «quality of service» was low and before signing the contract I relied on their employees «expertise» when making my decision and that «expertise» proved to be shady tactics rather than «expertise».

Integra is the BEST!

Integra Telecom, you are so terrible, let me count the ways:
1. Voicemail. Normally when you have a voicemail you get a stutter tone to let you know that there is a message. This worked fine for months. Until it didn’t. This is a business line. After a few weeks, people started emailing me when I didn’t return their voicemails. I’m like, what voicemails, there aren’t any b/​c the stutter tone would tell me there was a message waiting for me! Wrong. I dialed in, and I had about 45 unheard messages going back a month. I called integra about it, their answer was some BS about a routing program or something and said that I had to simply make sure that I called in to check VM, don’t trust the stutter tone to be right. Seriously?!
2. Customer Service — I was suckered in by somebody selling the service door to door, touting that they are local, responsible, and have great customer service. All experiences that I have had with this company have proven to be the polar opposite.
3. Billing/​Fees. They have marginally lower fees (at the time) as compared to Qwest. But, what they don’t tell you is that there are all sorts of little add-​ons that make their service more expensive.
As soon as my contract was over, I called to cancel my service. Upon doing so, I was informed that not only do I have to keep the service for another 30 days (I am sure that there was a 30-​day notice in the contract, but really?! Just another example of milking people for all you can) AND pay a $ 30 cancellation fee. ARG!!!
Terrible service, squeezing me for every penny on the way out. Honestly I would have probably let bygones be bygones when I left, but making me pay for yet another month of service AND hitting me with the $ 30 cxl fee made me want to log on and share what a terrible experience I had with this supposed local company.
I looked at some of the online reviews for Integra before I signed up, and asked the sales rep about the negative ones… he rationalized them and I wanted to believe him so I did.
Just one star for you Integra, since there is no zero star option.

0 starsis more like it. This is the worst telecom company in Oregon. I don’t understand how they are still in business. When I switched to Comcast they charged me a $ 25 «service order charge». Was with them 3 years. I have a home office. Terrible customer service.

I just wanted to write a quick note to tell everyone how pleased
I was with the Integra installation of my client.
This is a very large client of mine, and Integra was able to
smash his expectations with essentially a 7 business turnaround
for install on a data T1. This was about as good as it
can get.
The communication from end to end from working to get this quickly in place
contractually…to moving this into Provisioning within hours of receiving completed information… to having a due date within a day, and hitting that due date, in spite of a Jeop from Century Link.
Flawless execution!

We, unfortunately, have them for our business internet and it is the absolute WORST internet ever! They are threatening us with huge fees if we cancel, but half the time we can’t even open simple emails. Arrrrgggg. Don’t EVER use this company!

This is the WORST COMPANY EVER! They suckered me in saying they were a «local business» and I own a local business so I was trying to support local, and it turns out they aren’t even local! It’s a total scam, they are nationwide and are ripping people off all over the place!
And they conveniently left out the page that said I was in a 3 year contract when I signed up with them after I stated I would never sign anything with a term contract and now I’m stuck for 3 years with them and they won’t let me out and our service is TERRIBLE!
DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

OMG! Had them for two weeks which meant I didn’t have a phone for two whole weeks! Called them daily on my cell phone because I couldn’t even get a dial tone half the time which also meant I couldn’t accept credit cards in my business 90% of the time for two whole weeks.
Finally switched back to AT&T which was two months ago and still fighting these guys who want to send me a $ 2,000 bill because I canceled my contract early even though I had 90 days in which I could cancel without the fee!
I call and try to get somewhere and get nothing but the run around and promises of them calling me back but no one ever does. Afraid that now I have to hire a lawyer just to get out of this outrageous bill.
STAY AWAY!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!
