Ray’s Traditional Pizza

Have gone to Ray’s plenty of times. The food is really good, however sometimes when it’s a really busy night, the pizza has can be a little undercooked. Their wings are delicious & I like how they have the sauce on the side so you can dip the wings into them, saves you from a mess. I do pickup there & it’s always ready when they say it’ll be.

Giving this place four stars only Bc it’s hard to find good pizza now a days and this place really had what I was looking for. Decent sized slices… wit a perfect crust. Also had a good amount of bbq chicken on my slice. Thank you Rey’s !!!

They really know how to do a good pizza. It’s large, cheesy and plenty of toppings. They do a lot of different toppings with all the traditional and some different ones.
Delivery in usually 25 mins.

I grew up about a 400 foot walk from Ray’s/Carmellas/Pizza Pasta. Ray’s took over after the wonderful Carmella’s closed and the lousy Fresh Hot Pizza failed within a month. Ray’s opened up not too long after that and really brought great pizza back to Hillsdale. I’ve been a customer there since day one and never had a bad meal. The pizza is great, especially the buffalo chicken slices. Their sandwiches are always stuffed perfectly. Never skimped on the deli meat. The eggplant parm dinner is mouth watering great. I no longer live in the area, but when I do come back to visit, I hit up Ray’s for a slice or two — not just for great pizza, but to remember the good times I spent in that neighborhood and how much I loved Hillsdale.

always filled with kids because all the employes are from the local high schools. Their specialty slices are always a hit with their buffalo chicken slice and penne vodka slices being my favorites. Everything else is good but those stand out. I don’t like their tips because htey split it all at the end of each ear as a christmas bonus based on hours you worked. I would rather just hand it to the person working because there is a good chance they wont be getting your money.

Ordered 20 different pizzas for a work event. They arrived on time and were still hot. The pizza was very good. Received a lot of compliments. Definitely recommend.

It’s been a while since I found a local pizza place I liked. I love tangy sauce with that chewy cheese which, these days, is hard to find. Ray’s hit the nail on the head! Their pizza is great– their plain, pepperoni, sausage, meatball are excellent. Their white is delicious too– very garlicy (YUM) although sometimes tastes like cream cheese? I wish the inside of the store was a bit more modern and less blah looking, but their food is great!

We’ve been ordering from Ray’s for the past 8 years. Food is delicious. Service is great.

Solid go to place if your from the area. Theyve been around for a while and really have earned the loyalty of the community esp after «other rays» has just opened recently. They’ve stuck by what they mean in their name by traditional by keeping it the same way every time. The crust is thin and crispy and their specialty slices are delicious and only 3.50 a pop which is fair. Good people good food good place. They also just renovated it from a cafeteria to a real restaurant look that gives it a more upscale feel with out having to pay more than before. There doing a good job. Theh also hire locals.

Ordered for our second time and everything was right on point. Half Sausage, pepper and onion half plan pie and garlic knots. Like i said before, the only problem we have is that we keep going back for more.

This is one of the best pizza slice places in the area. They slices come with a generous amount of cheese, though a little light on the sauce. I like my pizza with lots of cheese and sauce. Slices are good sized and only set you back $ 2 each. Place has a upscale feel and service is quick and nice.

since they have the new place to dine and the new décor I am even more of a fan! I like the salad slice.

Awesome local pizza joint! Always have a great experience either for delivery or eating in. Perfect pizza and great subs – eggplant parm is the best! Delivery is always fast. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. This place is great!

I always went to Ray’s, they have always had good food. I used to get my stuff to go but they just opened 2 doors down in the same shopping center and it is BEAUTIFUL!!! Everything is new, clean, and it is more of a sit down small restaurant but with pizzeria prices. Now I find myself eating there instead. I highly recommend stoping by to try it out. Great food, great prices, and a great atmosphere.

Best pizza in Hillsdale

Super delicious penne vodka slice, but just OK plain slices. Very friendly staff and good prices. There is always a TV on with the latest game or big news.
The only drawback is the fact that this place is filled with local high schoolers during lunchtime, and the place can get a bit crowded.

Pizza is good, sandwiches are a bit limited, The rice balls were good, It’s a typical pizza joint in a strip mall.
