Wendy’s

Literally the worst Wendy’s on the planet. Staff is not friendly. Restaurant is dirty. Orders are slow and incorrect. The Coca Cola Freestyle isn’t available in the drive thru and tonight the one inside didn’t even work. We keep coming back because it’s our local Wendy’s, but I’m officially done now. DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDY’S. You’re much better off next door at McDonald’s or around the corner at Burger King (where you can actually order a freestyle drink in the drive thru).

slow lines and slow incompetent employees! The pulled pork fries i ordered were pretty damn good though!

horrible service. long lines and rude employees. constant incorrect orders even when repeated back. and don’t expect to get your food in a timely manner nor hot. there seems to always be one cashier during peak hours. employees attitude reflect the entire restaurant. I do not recommend ever eating at this location. I live near but will be driving to oakbrook’s location from now on.

When I got off of work it was late and I was hungry so I stop at Wendy’s because they was the only restaurant open at that time. I ordered $ 10.00 worth of food. Five minutes later when I got home to eat the food everything was cold and not fresh. I then tried to call the manager that was listed on the receipt but the night manager told me he wasn’t available could she help me with anything. I told her about the issue and she told me to come back tomorrow and she will prepare me a fresh and hot order free of charge. One day had past so I decided to go by during lunch time. I told the lunch manager about the issue. She gave me another order free of charge and I told her could she make sure this order is fresh and hot, why when I got this order the food was cold and seem to be not fresh. After this experience I’m done with this Wendy’s and I recommend all customers not to go here if they want fresh and HOT FOOD.
