I went into mobi looking for another carrier due to moving from Oahu and not having great coverage with AT&T on the big island. I was approached quickly by a salesperson, she was very great from going over their plans that range from single lines to family shared data plans, their data plans range from 1GB to 5GB but after checking my data usage I don’t even go close to that amount due to having wifi at home and at work, the rep also even went as far as taking out a demo case for me to try before purchasing it. But I must say that their sales staff was very professional also as a plus their customer service is based in Hawaii!

Well, I was with them for too long. The service sucked a week to 10 days before the payment was due. Then surprisingly it picks up after they received payment. The only time I ever needed help after being stuck in a downpour and my phone got wet, I had insurance, you would have thought I was a gradeschool child by how they treated me. Like I was taking money straight from their pockets. Like it was intentional. It took my adult son to lead me away, as I always gave them the benifit of the doubt with lousy service and too many dropped calls. Now I have a new phone to learn and better service and very nice people to help me learn the new features. …get this a lower phone bill!

I’m so disappointed with the service I received from mobi. I took my phone in to have it swapped under my insurance plan. they were suppose to transfer my numbers and info. instead they factory reset it and deleted it all. no apologies. MY BUSINESS PHONE MIGHT I ADD. not a happy customer at all. never going back. and there phones always don’t work.
