Tram’s Day Spa

I’ve been having my eyebrows done by Tram since she opened up her shop fronting her home years ago. She never disappoints. My eyebrows are on fleek and ready for the party on Saturday lol

Even with an appointment you wait and wait. You basically feel ignored. Went a few times but never coming back.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with threading…

Tram and Brenda do both waxing and threading. I prefer the threading. The process is quick and unlike waxing, is chemical free.
I come here primarily for the threading and for that Queen L Barber Shop type of conversation with the girls. LOL

I got eyelash extensions for the first time. It wasn’t what I expected. Tram put medium extensions on and I thought it looked unnatural. I wish she put small ones on. And the glue burned my eyes and my eyes were tearing like crazy. I guess my eyes weren’t made to handle the experience. But she did make them better. By removing two extensions off each eye and she made a worker do it. And I would say she was better than tram herself. Although tram does great brows. The eyelash extensions were just not meant to be for me. But go and try it for yourself. If you want too. I would probably not come again for extensions. If you do go I would recommend going to Brenda. She is very nice, patient, and caring!

Services are overpriced! I got my eyebrows and lip threaded for 28 dollars. A friend had got the same thing done including waxing for 23 dollars. I will not go there again and would not recommend to anyone!

Made an eyebrow appointment for 3:00, showed up at 2:40 as she was finishing up with a client, been waiting for almost 30 minutes now, and still haven’t been addressed. Not coming back here again.

I love trams day spa! I get everything done here from face to bikini line. This place is my number one go to spot & I LOVE IT. All the girls here are very sweet and always seem happy with their job. Love the vibes and the out come of whatever I get done here.

i really needed to get my eyebrows done… and i wanted it done TODAY!!! Tram’s was able to get me in and she was wonderful!!! she did my eyebrows sooo well… wax and threaded… she asked if i had ever tweezed or removed the hair on my upper lip, i never ever thought to do that… but after the great job she did with my eyebrows i had to let her show me the big difference it would make for my lips… and wow… i’m amazed… and that wasn’t all she suggested other services that they offer… and i scheduled a deep cleanse facial for next week saturday… but by the time i got home i was way too excited about my eyebrows that i called to reschedule my facial for tomorrow!!! hahaaa… well i would highly suggest it… they are friendly and for her to take the extra step to offer other services…

I always call Tram for all my beauty needs! She makes sure you get an appointment and I only trust her. I live in Kona and I will wait until I make trips to Hilo just for Tram:) I love her!

Been doing my eyebrows here and I’m quite satisfied. Always had friendly service each time I went.
