Olivia is a master at what she does, her touch is very refined, and her massage and hot towel applications thoughout the session are heavenly.
I’ve also been pleased with eyebrow shaping and lash tinting. Olivia takes pride in her work and it shows. i’ve been seeing her for years when i visit the island, and this new location is private, cheerful, clean, has easy parking, and beautiful koi fish to watch from the balcony. This place is AMAZING and a true hidden gem! Olivia, the owner, is a perfectionist and if I’m getting a wax, that is the kind of professional I’m looking for. She even accommodated this mom’s schedule and gave me an appt an hour earlier than her opening time.
I had leg waxing. I let her know I had really sensitive skin so it gets splotches and inflamed. Whatever wax she used, it was incredibly gentle but effective. I’ve been waxing for about 4 years and always get a terrible redness but this time it was at least 50−70% less and disappeared in about an hour.
Here is the mind blowing part, the price was so affordable. I’m already planning to go back! I highly recommend her spa if you want to be absolutely satisfied with what you are getting!
A tip: she’s very knowledgeable in essential oils and uses them in her spa.

I always wanted to get a professional facial but just never had invested the time. So i figured what better time than when I’m on vacation to get some skin refreshing since it was my last night on the big island and my skin had an 8 hour flight coming up. Scheduling appt was super easy and she was able to accommodate me at the last minute, so I was ecstatic. She used organic skincare products and a steam machine that left my skin feeling pampered and glowing. Not to mention her prices were very reasonable. I left happy and would definitely return whenever Im back in Hilo.

The best facial I have ever had! Olivia uses Eminence products which I love and her technique is magical! The ambiance is very clean and relaxing. I highly recommend her 1 hour Paradisimo facial. It is worth every penny! I’ve had facials that cost 3x as much and were nowhere near as fabulous as Olivia’s. My favorite way to treat myself! I’ll be back again and again!

Olivia is wonderful and I give her 2 thumbs up and 5 stars for the amazing facial treatment I got at Spa Paradissimo. It’s Pahoa’s hidden jewel literally tucked behind another building down a little alley right in the middle of town. Inside her spa is a comfortable, warm and inviting room where she works her magic. I live in San Diego and wish her and her spa did too. I would be a regular. The products she uses are some of the best out there and not everyone has them. I’m glad I took the time to treat myself to the best facial ever!
The prices are great and after my treatment I felt relaxed and beautiful. I got the works! Anyone who’s into body care should definitely go! Next time I visit Hawaii, along with the many other things to do there, Spa Paradissimo is high on that list!
