Days Inn Hilton Head

We left a day early because of dead and live ROACHES everywhere. There were exterminators all over the property. What prompted us to check out were the live cockroaches in the room. The management did not even bother to inform us about the ongoing activity. I gave it a 1 star because of the helpful staff. The Health department needs a call for this building. To top it all beds wre hard and the pull out sofa was filthy. Such a hazard to health. Keep away.

Well I didn’t see any cockroaches and must disclose that I didn’t pick this «hotel.» My cheap ass friend picked it and she is the epitome of a cheapskate. I stayed overnight for a visit to Parris Island. She took a shower that night. I go to take one in the morning and the dirty water from the night before is still sitting in the tub. The drain was wide open. If anyone has read any of my previous reviews you’ll know that my pet peeve is poor draining bathrooms. The sink wasn’t that much better. The place just looks like it’s overdue for a demolishing or major renovation. If you’re on a budget and don’t mind showering in dirt then this is the hotel for you.

I gave it a 5 star because for the price we paid we got a decent room, a good breakfast, a pool, and were right on HHI before we could check into our condo. Staff was super nice too. It’s only a 2.5 star hotel for sure but again great deal for great price.

We got a room on the 3^rd floor, spacey and clean. The staffs at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. We booked the room for 2 days, but since we checked in late on the first day and checked out early on the second day, the lady at the front desk offered to charge for only one day even before I asked. I like their way of doing business, would come back again

Fair enough, clean rooms, no issues for approx $ 60.
