Great atmosphere and southern feel. Lowcountry offers a breakfast and lunch menu, and a juice, smoothie, and coffee bar. I was here for a weeklong trip and liked it so much that I had breakfast here several times. If you’re staying at the Sea Pines Resort, I would highly recommend at least stopping by to see what it has to offer. Cheddar biscuits are handmade every morning, and the service is top notch. Biscuits and Gravy are possibly the best I’ve ever had.

This has historically been one of my favorite places but today was a disappointment. Bad service, food was just ok for the whole family and they desperately needed some more staff today. Not one of their better days.

Took my 4 stars down to 1 That’s 0 for some in and 3 for take out experience. Take out order review day 1: Ordered the fish omelet which is smoked salmon and feta. Side of biscuit and fruit. Service wasn’t bad. Quiet morning of the masters and raining. Got two orders — 4 doughnuts each– The omelet and biscuit didn’t melt my butter. Was just ok. Nothing special. Now the donuts on the other hand. Holy Moly bring on the yeast delicious! Can’t wait to return for more of that. Their coffee was also right on point nice strong and wake you right up ! Day 4: dine in experience Atrocious Walked in at 9 am. Sign said seat yourself. At 915 no server, no coffee, no menu. Not good sign. Finally ordered at 925 No breakfast. No coffee refill Other customer gets their order before me. Sat down after me. Excuse me? Waitress comes by said how long you been waiting? 40 minutes. Will comp breakfast and find out what the delay is. Well she brings my cold eggs. Congealed bacon and I walked out. Comp yourself Hampton was our server — if he’s yours –walk away; actually run to Watusi Not sure if I looked like something out of the hood to be so ignored while everyone else got coffee refills and breakfast But I can’t come up with an explanation for such a piss poor service experience. And to then serve me my COLD eggs? And btw– I ordered fruit. Hubby ordered tatoes. Wrong. My sourdough was supposed to be toasted. It’s mighty white and cold. Walked out at 10:20

I thought I was gonna love this place, but it was a little disappointing. The inside is great — high ceilings and lots of space. My favorites were the donuts and the biscuits — donuts are made to order and they give you the holes with them :) and the biscuits are the soft, melt in your mouth kind. My veggie scramble didn’t look like the picture I saw on here(it actually looks more like the fish and eggs) and ended up being an omlet. The breakfast potatoes are plain with no seasoning. It was also pretty slow the morning I went and they seemed irritated when we asked for the bill a second time, but I think they were understaffed in the kitchen/on the floor and stressed. I would come back for the donuts and biscuits to-go.

We went here for breakfast twice because it was so good! My two boys loved the French toast served with fresh local strawberries and homemade sausage patties. My husband raved about the fish and eggs, however he did substitute feta for the asparagus and goat cheese to suit his taste. I ordered the veggie scramble with feta and it was awesome! Perfect proportion of veggies and eggs. And the grits… so smooth, creamy and delicious! Our server was friendly and efficient. The décor is open with artwork available for sale. Can’t wait to visit again and try out the smoothies or coffee bar.

Another year of loving Low Country Produce(third year). Wouldn’t go anywhere else for breakfast(although I did and regretted it). This place has the best breakfast bowl – a layered mélange of eggs, grits, potatoes, bacon, and sausage – I’ve ever experienced. I’m a healthy eater but always make a bit of an exception to have this. Our server, Mosia, was terrific and even agreed to bring a couple of bags of their home made chips from their Beaufort restaurant. I guarantee that you have never had chips like these – crispy triangles of heaven. Don’t miss this place if you’re looking for a very casual environment, nice people, and extraordinary food.

Great food and great service. I see a number of negative reviews on the service, but that was not our experience. The waitress was very attentive, and when we asked about the special lobster rolls, she brought us a sample to try. For the meal, we had the FRANK’S FURTER, a beef dog with artichoke relish and strawberry pepper perseveres. Although it my sound unappealing, it is one of the best hotdogs we’ve had… Highly recommended. We also had the CLASSICCLUB, a tasty mouthful of turkey, ham, bacon with cheddar, lettuce, tomato, and mayo… Very good.

I picked this place for breakfast because I wanted to check out the farmers market. Sea Pines Shopping Center has a farmers market every Tuesday from 10AM-2PM. I love the look of the place. It’s spacious and has artwork for sale on the columns around the place. It had a peaceful vibe to it. We started off with Glazed Yeast Donuts because we were starving. These were pretty good. Different from your normal donut. We liked the crunch and they had a subtle sweet taste to them that lingered in your mouth. My sister ordered the Fish & Eggs. She said they were really good. I didn’t try them. I had the Veggie Scramble with 2 extra egg whites and no feta. It was your typical scramble. It was good, but nothing special. We both had the Buttermilk Cheddar Biscuits with our meal. Their made fresh every morning. My sister loved it. I thought it was just okay. The texture was light and fluffy, which that part I liked. Our waitress was nice, but the service was slow and it wasn’t that busy. We had to ask for silverware. She also didn’t bring us a pen with our check. After 10 minutes of waiting, when she said she would be right back, my sister had to go inside. There are so many good breakfast spots on the island. I don’t know if I would return if I wasn’t planning on going to the market after.

I’m not sure why this place gets 4 stars because after 30 minutes of waiting for any employee to acknowledge my existence I left this establishment. The restaurant is 30% of capacity and the under resourced staff can’t get a menu or take an order from the patrons! Went down the road to lands end and had a, fine breakfast. Hey low country produce… hire hire hire and get tables to turn over!

Disappointed to learn they would not be serving lunch as posted on their website. It took a very long time to be waited on. I get it. No one is normally in there and a busy 4th of July weekend, not used to the volume. The only way to get an order taken or refills was to complain to the man at the register. The staff looked miserable as they paced back and forth out of the kitchen. This was a huge disappointment. Living next door to this establishment, this will make me rethink Sunday brunch in the future.

Stopped at Lowcountry for breakfast. Food was great! Fresh yeast donuts were amazing and so was the breakfast biscuit. However, service was terrible. Our server took our drink order and didn’t return until 15 minutes later. Food came out quickly but our server never checked on us until we were done. Great food just needs better help.

Very rarely would I give a restaurant 1 star, however this one is well deserved. We have tried this twice… because the place has ever thing going for it. Location, menu, clean and lovely inside. The rub is the service. The first time we never got waited on I went up 3 times we waited and waited 20 min or so. Finally she came over we waited for her to take our order another 20 min. I went up and asked again no luck and they were not busy 3 tables only. Went back the next morning to grab some doughnuts manage came up to register to take our order not pleasant at all. Appeared he was just mad at the world. Would I recommend never.

Very unusual very good. One of those«why didn’t I think of that» places. Tucked away in sea pines, they have baked goods, art, fresh local produce, artistic kitchen items and a small delightful breakfast and lunch menu. 5 stars on everything.

Cute and yummy spot for breakfast or lunch(we didn’t make it for dinner). Good breakfast selection — pancakes, breakfast biscuit and French toast were delicious. At lunch, they have a bunch of great sandwich and salad choices. You can pick up some delicious canned soups and salsas. They’re still pretty new and seem to need more staff but everyone is very friendly!

My favorite place for breakfast. When we visit our home in sea pines, I always plan on eating breakfast 2 – 3 times their … Staff is always very friendly. Breakfast sandwich is awesome … 2 words — cheddar biscuit. They have a new bar — which is great and have River Dog brew on tap… Also great wine selection.

Lowcountry Produce is half market/half restaurant. Their market focuses on farm fresh and local produce and organic products. They also sell their house-made relishes, salsas, jams and sauces. Their restaurant serves Breakfast, lunch and dinner. I did not eat at the restaurant, but I did buy some things from their market. Really liked this place and wish I had more time on the island to have dined in as well.
