The atmosphere at «The Coast» is relaxing and beautiful. The booths are huge. I have been here twice. The lobster roll is delicious. I am thrilled that we have such a nice restaurant within walking distance. It is a great place for a business luncheon off season. There is no rush and the seating is comfortable. We will be back on a regular basis.

Idk if this is the right tag but the one Burger I had here was outstanding! Kobe beef, harvarti cheese, fried oysters… fully dressed. I’m telling you… it was good! You wouldn’t expect such a good Burger here but it was. We also had some pretty OK margaritas to go with them. The buyer was close to $ 20 but well worth it. Go here for an indulgence on a good burger. Ill definitely be back!

First stop on vacation! Best piña colada’s ever, get the extra shot of Myers, it’s worth it! We ordered the chicken salad wrap with fries. Chicken salad was divine, fries were shoestring or more like toothpicks but still good. I don’t remember our servers name but she wore sunglasses and was very friendly. I think this place is very nice but it is pricey! Would return if for nothing but the drinks!

Terrible service. A large party of over 50 was coming and the wait staff was not informed of the reservations to make the people who arrived on time aware of the change in reservation. They kept questioning if we were at the right location. The wait staff was also clueless on what liquor they had, and didn’t know bourbon was whiskey when I asked what bourbon they had. After we did get drinks ordered, it took a good 20 minutes for said drinks to come out, both times I ordered. To top it off, I got a bulleit and ginger. I was then charged whiskey, plus a rocks upcharge. I didnt ask for bulleit on the rocks. I asked for a bulleit ginger. Luckily I was visiting for a wedding, so I’d never frequent this establishment again, but if someone mentions they are going to Hilton Head, I will tell them NOT to visit this place.

Had a wonderful birthday dinner with family and friends here in HILTONHEAD. The beach club setting was fantastic out under the stars and the food was fantastic! Thanks to the Joneses for a great time!

I’ve been coming to Hilton Head for years and have always loved the beach club… Back when it was a shack on the beach and felt like a staple in our vacation. We came here for a pre-rehearsal dinner because we wanted our friends and family to experience our favorite memories. Our dinner was a nightmare. The shrimp pasta was like a gum paste. My tilefish tasted like rubber and the tuna was definitely over cooked. While the service was horrible and the food was sitting under a heat lamp for a while(my sister is a chef and knows exactly what was wrong and why) the manager did comp all the food and it was appreciated.

Have loved Sea Pines for decades and am thrilled with this new addition. We usually avoid July and August, so we see smaller crowds and wonder how they would handle the sweaty masses. Pros: Lovely, well-designed facility Clean bathrooms(especially for a beach) Friendly staff Convenient stop on trolley Dog friendly Upstairs bar is super nice Cons: High resort pricing($ 15 cocktails!?) Quick to cut hours before Labor Day Take out café is just ok Dark decking can get hot Not sure it’s big enough

Have been going to sea pines beach club for over 13 years. We were very happy that they were going to redo the beach club. What a disappointment. Although it is beautiful and modern looking, they took away the family atmosphere altogether. The inside restaurant is not geared for families at all, especially price wise. The«sandwich shop» is just plain awful. Sandwiches are pre-made and wouldn’t give them to my dog. $ 7.00 for a hot dog. Not for me. The old beach had hamburgers being made fresh outside, and great wraps and salads. We will not be eating there any longer. Families– bring your own food and drinks! So unhappy with the new place!!!

This place is great, easy access to the beach and great restaurants. We had outdoor seating for a casual lunch and the service was fantastic. Our server Andre from Jamaica was perfect, our drinks never ran dry and he was great with the conversation. I would highly recommend a visit here if you are in Hilton Head.

We didn’t have anything fancy or amazing, but the food is good and priced fairly. Love the new building and the outdoor atmosphere is wonderful at night. You get exactly what you expect in a great location so 5 all the way.

You will not find a prettier restaurant on the island. Outdoor seating love it. A bit on the expensive side… but the view oh the view. Music in the summer.

New beach club is wonderful! Service staff are friendly and attentive. The food is beautifully presented and simply prepared. The Calamari is the best I’ve ever had. The patio has a wonderful sea breeze. This place is a must do when you are in Sea Pines.

Beautiful restaurant that wants to get 5 stars based on looks alone. But when entrées arrive when appetizers are still on the table they lose one star. And when they have a measured pour of wine from decanters that fill hAlf the glass they lose another star. You will however like the food and pay a bill as if you were in for a five star restaurant. Maybe if they added some alcohol in the cocktails this would go unnoticed. But they didn’t…

The new beach bar and restaurant faculty is great, could not be nicer. But, the bar could be a bit more casual. The food is very goos, but not kid friendly. Super view and great service.

They have renamed the new Beach Club ’ The Coast’. We were excited to try the new place after enjoying the Oceanside seating in the past & delicious fish. After waiting an hour for our table, we were seated in the back on the patio. Aww, no view back here. My husband & I agreed we had better seats in the bar area. The guitarist had the best spotThe prime ocean seats were not for dining. Why because the wait staff doesn’t want to walk that far… IDK??? My scallops were so chewy! Kale salad was delicious along with the veggies that came with my entrée. My spouse did enjoy his salmon & it was cooked the way he liked it. Peach cobbler was enough for us to share. Unfortunately, the topper was when our waiter was snooping over my husband’s shoulder to see his tip!

The resturant opened four days ago. It shows. The view is beautiful. The singer sounds great. The staff is eager to help… but most are too inexperienced to turn good intentions into a great meal. The dinner menu seemed limited but included most everything you would expect at a nice resturant. I choose the tuna and my wife choose scallops. Both were to come with a veg. For starch we had a choice of red beans and rice or French fries along with a sauce. Neither of us wanted fries but weren’t sure what sauce to choose. We asked for help but our server had none to give. When the food came out, the tuna was a bit over cooked and the scallops were dry. The waitress had ordered double rice and there were no vegetables. When we asked, the vegetables were brought out and the executive chef also came to check on us. He apologized for the wait staff(«we opened four days ago… most of them had never waited a table before in their lives»). I told him about our ordering confusion. A few minutes later he brought out a small plate(tuna the right temperature) of how he would have advised us. He invited us to call him out when we come back and he offered to help us personally. Bottom line: Great location. Good potential. But, stick with the burgers on the lunch menu until they have a chance to work the kinks out.

The Sea Pines Beach Club has been our family ocean destination for the past twenty five years. This is a family beach. You will see multiple generations of family members enjoying the shore. Children are all around. The sand is soft and ultra fine. The water is perfect, small manageable waves, at best. There are always Life Guards on duty. There are restrooms, changing stations, beach chair rentals, places to wash off beach equipment, showers, dog water fountains, human water fountains, and loads of bike racks. You may bring your own beach chairs and umbrellas to the beach club. There is a circle drive for dropping off beach gear at the front. The path out to the sand is wide and flat so you can push or pull strollers or beach wagons. You may ride bikes on the beach, but it is discouraged to park them there during busy season as to not impede anyone’s view of the ocean. The Beach Club House has a bar, Surfside Market, Surf Shop, and event venue. All staff has always been ultra accommodating. Dogs are allowed at the beach until 10 am, and again after 5 pm. There is a no dog black out during high tourist times from 10am– 5pm. Small guarded parking lot on-site. It is best to take the Sea Pines Shuttle or Bike to the the beach club.
