Associated are so snobby. I came in here after work one day saw something I like on the sale rack. Didn’t buy anything cause I wasn’t even acknowledged. Associates greeted other people yet never asked me for help. They even like squeezed by me instead of walking around. Clearly they are not trained very well.

**This is for the Braintree location at South Shore Plaza; for there is not a Braintree option. I went shopping here for the first time, as I’ve shopped Derby numerous times before. No one greeted me when I walked in, and clearly there were 3 – 4 girls in the floor. No one asked If I needed any help or if I was looking for anything particular(which I was) and all of the girls working were just staring at me as I was going through the racks(so clearly I was shopping) And I was going to try on but I felt rushed because they were about to close in about 20 minutes or so, so I said, «I’ll just come back tomorrow because I know you guys close in a little bit» And she said«ok». Now I work in retail, and people come shopping right when I close and they say that to me ALL the time, and I say«take your time, no rush» even though I will have plans or would love to go home! Needless to say, I wasn’t impressed with the customer service or the forever21-esque clothing…

I agree, the customer service is horrible. All I’m asking is to be greeted with a «Hello» & to be greeted when checking out, not have the associates talking among themselves… but whatever I’m there for the clothes not new friends. So the clothes, omg! I haven’t been to this location since it changed over from Jasmine Sola which was extremely & stupidly expensive, but wandered in here the other day. The clothes remind me of Forever 21 but nicer & made better. The prices aren’t bad, $ 48 for a dress and $ 18 for a t-shirt. But just make sure you do look at the tags because I grabbed a tubetop that ended up being $ 78, yeah don’t think so.
