Went for dinner and only seen our waiter 4 times. Never once did he get us refills. He was too busy chatting with other employees. The food was cold and tasted like left overs. I will not be back.

I’ve been here a few times and each time I go the menu changes and gets weirder. The food is ok, any special alcoholic drinks don’t have enough alcohol. I would rather have a beer than spend $ 7 on a rip off. The service is ok, but not that great. They are pricy for the food they serve. I’m not impressed…

I was there on Sunday night and had a horrible experience. The server was good, The food was horrid (how do you screw up mac and cheese — No cheese flavor and tasted like spoiled onions) and when I made a complaint to the server, management either never heard the complaint or was just ignoring it! GREAT SERVICE — NOT! I WILL NOT BE BACK.

I had written this place off years ago but saw a commercial that they were going back to basics that made them popular in the first place. Guess again, they had like 5 beers on draft and no locals. Most of the food is covered in batter then deep fried then coated with various sweet sauces. It took like 10 minutes to find something healthy then it came out on a bed of old wilted spinach. Never again! I gave it 2 stars cause the waitress was great and service was awesome. Too bad they had nothing but crap to serve.

I literally wouldn’t visit this restaurant again if you paid me. The cooks are beyond repulsive, and I guarantee you will find a sandy blonde colored goatee hair in your chicken pasta. The manager clearly doesn’t care that you have their nasty facial hair in your food. Applebee’s needs to step up their game for sure.

The new Savory Salmon dish is awesome. Only 500 Weight Watcher calories. The berry Sangrai is yummy. Not sour. Started with a cup of joe with a shot of Baileys $ 6.29 for that. A little outrageous. But great bartender. Friendy crowd.
$ 1.99 margaritas and long island iced tea.

Table was dirty. Asked server to wipe down, but still dirty afterward. Menu pages were stuck together with food. Mother in law ordered steak med-​rare and it came out blue (too rare). Roasted potatoes were cold. Not a great experience.

Great place! The food was great, came out quick and our server, Blake, was the best server we have had at any restaurant! Good looking young man with a great personality! Made out night! Honey pepper chicken and shrimp was on point! A+++++

It’s pretty much par for the course for an Applebee’s. The wait staff is very friendly and personable. The bartender on the last few time we’ve been has been great ande actually known what they are doing.

Kelci J was a great waitress and we had a great meal. Ketchup was full and the drinks were kept topped off. Very quick service. A+++

Service was slow. We didn’t have silverware when our appetizer arrived. Boneless wings were tasty. The Bourbon chicken and shrimp didn’t taste Cajun just really oniony and salty. Only went here because we had a gift certificate but I don’t think we will come back to this location.

I usually have good experiences at this chain. This particular Applebees has very poor service. I ordered the bourbon street steak as i usually do. The pourtaion size was allot smaller than usual. Steak was not cooked as orderd. Had to wait a very long time for every thing food, check, etc, Got the check and the waitress stood there watching me leave money and tip. Very uncomfortable.Over all bad experience would not recommend this Applebees location to anyone.
