Terrible service. 3 of us sat at a high top table right in front of the bar, No waitress came over for a few minutes I went over and got us menus from the bar, bartender noticed and i thought maybe she’d send a waitress over since there were 4 or 5 waitresses mingling at the end of the bar but we waited 15 minutes. Finally got tired of watching staff walk past us. So i’m headed to Hooters. Pass on this place, they dont care about thier customers.

FAIL. The food was freaking terrible! It’s alarming when the marinara that comes with the mozzarella sticks is better than the mozz sticks itself. My salad was warm, not room temp… warm. Our server was great though! Good personality and very hospitable! I wish I remembered his name! I’ll give this place a rest for a few years, and come back hoping for a better result!

So I’ve eaten at this restaurant all over the U.S. This Hiram location is simply the worst. Waitress smelled of body odor and cigarettes. kinda lost my appetite then. but yes it continued to get worse. I always order all drums, to my surprise Herb the manager refuses this request even when I said I would pay more. Pretty sure it’s a wing place, if you don’t serve wings the way customers like them. then maybe you shouldn’t be in business? Waitress and manager had a serious attitude and could care less. That’s why it was empty! Should have read the reviews first! Never again!!!

Our first visit — Over priced and poor service — not going back — Mgr did not care — Paid $ 40 for two small orders of wings and 2 soft drinks — Had to get up to get our own refills

If you have ever been to any BWW before then as far as food and atmosphere goes, this location is like most others. However, SERVICEHEREWASHORRIBLE… TWICE. I noticed someone mentioned in their review that weekdays are better, uh… NO. Both times my husband and I were seated rather quickly, as it was not busy either time. The first time, we waited literally over 20 minutes from the time the hostess seated us until we saw her again to ask who our waiter was… During that time we watched four employees cleaning different tables and the floors, good, the place is clean. Ironically, the second time we went, I had to watch my step in order to avoid a smashed fry on the floor, before I was able to sit in the booth. I overstepped, making it painfully obvious to the hostess that there was something gross on the floor… I had high hopes she would let someone know so it could be cleaned up quickly, it remained there the whole meal. I watched six different employees step over this smashed fry. My husband ordered a beer and would have ordered another one if the waitress had come by, but we had both finished our food and were just ready for the check by the time we saw her again. There is more, I’m just tired of complaining at this point.

Wow! Never had food or service this awful before. My party of 5 came in around 9PM on the night of Game 4 of the NBA finals(keep in mind this is a sports bar that should be staffed, especially for game nights). 5 minute wait quote turned into a 15 minute wait, our server finally got to our table almost 5 minutes after we were seated. After she dropped out drinks off(without straws), we didn’t see her again until our app(chicken nachos) came out. The app was cold and we had to ask for extra toppings because they skimped us so badly initially(brought to us by a passing server). Lemon pepper wings had no seasoning, I would’ve sent them back but I still hadn’t seen our server at this point. The manager stopped by on 2 separate occasions but never asked if everything was OK. Long story short, we won’t be returning! They have lots to figure out!

So I’ve since figured out how to get the most from a visit to BWW. Go on a Tuesday for 65 cent wings and order them extra crispy. Wings turn out pretty good this way and won’t break the bank. This location has a nice patio that’s great for kids(and smokers, unfortunately). Because of local ordinance, however, this store can’t offer happy hour specials on food or drink like others around Atlanta can. Despite liking this one better I’m gonna have to keep going to the Douglasville one instead…

I’m a regular to this place, and I love the food and drinks! Aside from always having a ridiculously long wait time for our server– the place is great. I recommend sitting at the bar, especially is Charley is there. She’s the best bartender there and is fast, friendly, and courteous. Today when my boyfriend and I dined in we sat at the bar area at a high top with a server I haven’t ever seen before(and I’m in here at least 2x a week). She was OK. Definitely not my favorite, but not the worst either. I did notice a man and his son walk in, sit down for 10 minutes with outs being greeted by anyone… Then get up ad leave. At this time we were the only table in the bar area with 4 employees working. I felt bad for the man and the son. This place will definitely do better if they work harder on their customer service. The food and drinks are delicious though… We will definitely return and sit at the bar– hopefully with Charley.

I have spent many a football Sunday at a Buffalo Wild Wings through out this nation. I’m a Packer fan and was at this restaurant for the second straight week. I was told that the Lions vs. Packers game would be displayed on a big screen in the bar. The Manager put the Falcons game on every TV in the building. After complaining to a waitress the manager put the packer game on the small tv in the bar. I asked to speak to him. I explained that there were 20+ Packer fans sitting together in the bar. He said he didn’t care and it was final. I asked him why was it necessary to show the Falcons game on two big screens side by side. He said he didn’t want to upset his customers. I responded with you already have. He offered to go around the room and take a count of who wanted to watch the Packer vs. Lions game and if more than 20% wanted to he’d change it. Needless to say I never met a man in the restaurant or bar business that was successful who would rather have 20+ people leave. Because of this manager the Packer fans missed the 1st two minutes of the game. The food I had earlier was great, the beer was ice cold, the waitresses were amazing especially Ty and Stephanie but the Manager needs to be fired. #@buffalowildwings

Great place to catch a game and have a couple of drinks. Not a very fast service place so make sure you aren’t on lunch. Go when you have time. They even have drink specials. The food is good however it’s not consistent with other bww’s. The sauce can be a hit or miss. Either too much or not enough. The staff here can be slow sometimes and not very attentive

The Buffalo Wings are very good with plenty of sauce. But, during Georgia Bulldogs games they need to come down on beer prices. $ 4.75 per beer is too much. Other Sports Bars in Dallas/Hiram have great wings too and $ 2.50 beers or $ 12.00 buckets of 5 longneck beers during Georgia games on Saturdays. A cold beer is a cold beer and 2.50 sounds better.

Excellent food. I love their blazing sauce. The only thing I don’t like is that once in a while the food comes out cold. But they always fix it if I tell them

Average place, I wish the service was a bit more attentive. I think the wing flavor is good, the size of the wings make it seam like they are not 1st selection. Just a bit small.

It usually takes a lot of things to go wrong before I get angry and today everything seemed to go wrong! My coworkers and I came in on a Monday for lunch. It wasn’t very packed, in fact it was downright empty. We sat down and got drinks and waited on the rest of our party. Two guys ordered and got their meals in a timely manner, but when another guy and I ordered, it seemed to take forever. Our server came by to refill our drinks and let us know it would be a few more minutes. The manager came by to check how everything was going and noticed that we still hadn’t been served. A few minutes later, our server came out and said the fries were just about half a minute from finishing. About 5 – 10 minutes later, we had our food. Actually the manager brought the food out and gave us half price off our meals. The food was pretty good. It was typical wings and things! When it was time to pay, our server neglected to bring out a ticket and just collected our credit cards. After I finished signing the receipt, I went up to the manager to ask about the ticket and found out that what I was charged and what the actually amount was were two different numbers. I was charged about 50 cents extra. I don’t really live close to this restaurant so I don’t feel bad about not giving this restaurant another shot, but I hope this was just a rare occurrence. It sounds like it is a place that gets packed on the weekend.

This past Saturday, I went to Hiram GA… again but this time I decided to stop by Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch. I hadn’t been there in several years so I was eager for some flavorful chicken wings, since that i what its known for and besides who doesn’t like chicken! lol After several minutes of confusion, I decided on the Mediterranean chicken salad and the fried mushrooms as an appetizers. I thought I wanted wings but the ingredients of the salad seemed more appetizing. Both items were fine, nothing to get excited about but I was happy to get some veggies in my system. Felt like I’d been neglecting myself. All and all it was an okay visit. Nothing stood out just the name.

Even though Buffalo Wild Wings is a chain, I still feel like its food is a step up from other chain wing joints. To be completely fair, the day I stopped in at this particular BWW, I hadn’t eaten in about 12 hours so it’s possible that my opinion was slightly skewed. Despite the fact that I attacked the food like a ravenous wildebeest, I remember it being pretty good. The room is set up with TVs literally everywhere. I don’t think there’s a seat in the joint from which you can’t see 3 or 4 screens. They also have free trivia using those little electronic machines, but since that just seems like an excuse to avoid talking to your friends, we skipped it and went straight to the noshing. We started with chips and salsa, mostly because they seemed like the fastest possible app. The salsa was a little weird, it has some sort of chili powder or smoky thing happening, and the texture was more like chunky spaghetti sauce than salsa. Despite this slightly strange salsa, we ate every bite. For the main course, I went with the Asian Zing wings and they were awesome! Nice kick, sweet and spicy with a little tang of soy sauce and zippy ginger. They were seriously so good, I was really happy to eat the leftover the next day. My friend went with classic medium and it was good but nowhere near as good as my Asian zing wings. Solid wings place, and the service was reasonably good. I’d definitely stop into this BWW or another one, even if I weren’t near starvation.

My girlfriend and I have sort of informally adopted this place as «our spot» We eat here at least once every couple of weeks and if we can’t decide(or agree) on where to go we usually just say«hey lets go to Wild Wings» We both always know what we want to eat going in and the beer & drink selection is great. The only thing that holds«our spot» back from getting 5 stars is the service. Now let me explain. The service isn’t bad in fact it’s quite good, usually. It really is hit or miss in terms of service. Some of the waitresses are great and we have actually complimented them on their service. Others on the other hand are just plain awful. They are totally inattentive and have snotty attitudes and seem to be disdainful of any customer who lacks a «Y» chromosome and isn’t single. All that aside I really like this place. And I’m sure that this will be mine and my girlfriend’s place for the foreseeable future. Word to the wise this place is LOUD!!! Especially on game days or on a UFC fight night. And from personal experience fight nights are beyond crowded so be prepared for a suuuper long wait. Ours was at least 2& a half hours, but it’s a sports bar so it kind of goes hand in hand.

This was my first experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings and it immediately reminded me of Taco Mac except without hundreds of beers on tap. The restaurant is tucked within the many suburban shopping complexes along Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway. The inside is spacious, clean, and predictably has a «chain» feel to it(there are over 650 locations nationwide). There are many HD screens here, big and small, which makes this a good place to watch sports. I stopped by this location with some friends after playing a round of golf nearby. We were hungry and thirsty. Just like every other sports bar, Buffalo Wild Wings’ menu offers all the standard staples such as salads, sandwiches, ribs, wings, burgers, and wraps. I ordered a dozen of their boneless wings with spicy garlic sauce for $ 8.99 and gobbled them down quickly. The wings were tasty, but I could tell they were just loaded with sodium. Buffalo Wild Wings offers over a dozen different flavors(sauces) on their wings. The flavors are sorted on a chart from sweet to spicy. The wings are served in a paper bowl and come with celery and ranch(or blue cheese) dressing. The servers here were cute and friendly. Overall, this isn’t a bad place to come catch a game if you’re in the area. #Yelp365 — 58⁄365

Last week I had a sudden craving for chicken wings and believe it or not, this is the only place I could find in Hiram. I ordered a mini feast… 6 honey barbecue, 6 medium, and 6 Parmesan pepper. I ate at the bar and it wasn’t very clean, so it surprised me when my food came out in 3 paper bowls(4 including the celery). It reminded me of something served at a carnival. I had lots of napkins, but some wet naps would have been appreciated. The wings were okay, but… if food is specifically in the name of your restaurant you better make sure you do it better than anyone else. If you go to Gladys Knight’s House of Chicken and Waffles you’re going to get the best waffle you’ve ever had. PS: Clean your parking lot(including the bushes). There is trash everywhere outside.
